MISSION STATEMENTMission Statement

Obesity Thunder Bay works to confront the issue of obesity through SHARED ACCOUNTABILITY and Responsibility. To effect social change through advocacy, research, education, and the elimination of unhealthy food environments.

We are a working think tank and welcome individuals and agencies to assist in our endeavor to promote healthy communities, and individuals. Please add your voice to the development of a new model that may create a comprehensive action plan.

Obese people are not the enemy. Please stop by the main site to explore the countless resources available . We need a community driven action plan.One with Integrity and Dignity.

Our model is called ,Shared Accountability and this project is 100 % not for profit.
