ESSIP Report 2014
ESSIP Plan 2015 / Objective FCM03 8
There is a very slow progress in the implementation of the objective. Compared with the initial Full Operational Capability (FOC) date, the objective is late. However, due to the successive changes of the FCO date (now it is 12/2017), very few States will appear as late.
Objective Coordinator’s Analysis, recommendations, tips & tricks
ESSIP Plan 2015 / Objective FCM03 9
Implement the most important SLoA(s)
Pay attention to the need for automation of the AFP message
Amend the progress status if necessary
For partial completion of the objective be more specific on what has been completed and the prospects for the rest of the SLoAs.
Ensure that there is an effective link with the NM and the information on the implementation originates from a ODSG member.
