sometimes you win sometimes you learn....
Motivation is a theoretical construct used to explain behavior.
It represents the reasons for people's actions, desires, and needs.
Motivation can also be defined as one's direction to behavior or what causes a person to want to repeat a behavior and vice versa.
A motive is what prompts the person to act in a certain way or at least develop an inclination for specific behavior.
For example, when someone eats food to satisfy the need of hunger, or when a student does his/her work in school because he/she wants a good grade. Both show a similar connection between what we do and why we do it.

communication in business is also necessary to increase the motivation in the workers.
So if the communication is done properly and is successful in motivating the workers and workers are motivated enough the work gets done easily, efficiently and they will work independently and without supervision.
Communication should be used to create a right working environment.
So that there is a healthy competitive environment among the workers and also that they can be recognized and rewarded for their achievements.

Business activities in the modern times have become complex and a
businessman needs specialized knowledge in certain matters.
Give advice who welcomes it

How to make advice effective?
1) Adviser ought to be very friendly in tone and sympathetic in his attitude
2) Advice is to be offered for the betterment of the worker or for the attainment of the organizational goal
3) Advice should be work-oriented as well as man oriented.
4) Advice should be given in the right tone and with a positive attitude.

BOOSTING MORALE
Communication should be used to create a right working environment.
So that there is a healthy competitive environment among the workers and also that they can be recognized and rewarded for their achievements.
But as morale is a psychological factor the state of high morale is not a permanent factor.
An organization may have a high morale among the workers for a quarter but may find that the employees have lost their morale in the next quarter.

BOOSTING MORALE
So to keep the moral of employees high an organization has to put continuous effort in that direction.
It can be done by maintaining an open door policy, keeping an eye on the Grapevine and not allowing harmful rumors to spread.
Employee motivation is the "psychological forces that determine the direction of a person's behavior in an organization, a person's
level of effort and a person's level of persistence"

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
2) Orders or instructions are issued to be a subordinate to do something or to modify, or to alter the course of activities that he had already been doing or to stop him from doing certain activities. It is an authoritative communication; there is a sense of command or directive addressed to the subordinate.
3) An order is an oral or written command directing the start, end or modifying an activity. This form of communication is internal and is carried out within a business house. Order may be written or verbal. Written orders are given when the nature of work is very important or the person who would perform the task is far away.
1) Oral orders are given when work is of urgent nature and the person is nearby. But in both the cases it is very essential to follow up.
