LABWARE CUSTOMER EDUCATION CONFERENCE

This is your annual opportunity to learn about the latest developments from LabWare and how to get the best value from your LabWare system. It is an important and unique annual event which has become the largest Lab Informatics meeting in Latin America, expected to attract over 200 participants. The meeting will allow you to efficiently network with LabWare’s team and other users from the LabWare customer community.

The multi-day program includes presentations, case studies and industry specific focus sessions as well as a comprehensive schedule of training courses. It will deliver value whether you are a system owner, administrator, IT, QA or a business user, and we welcome those who are experienced with LabWare or just getting started on a new project.

Your LabWare system is a critical application for your business that will typically have a 15-20 year life-span and will be expected to adapt to future business challenges as they arise. Applying efficient, cost effective solutions is key to helping your organization maintain operational competitiveness. The CEC allows you to monitor industry trends, maintain awareness of best-practices and learn of practical solutions to everyday challenges other customers may have faced.

A rich source of knowledgeThere are over 1400 LabWare systems worldwide and although these systems are used in a wide range of industries, all are based on the same LabWare product platform. The LabWare user community is therefore a considerable source of knowledge, and the CEC provides the opportunity to mine this knowledge in a mutually beneficial way. Focus groups and workshops facilitate industry specific discussions and encourage networking.

Boost your skillsLabWare’s product functionality continuously evolves, and it’s important to keep your knowledge current. The CEC provides a comprehensive range of training courses integrated with the formal program of presentations. The training will cover LabWare LIMS, ELN and aspects of system administration and is suitable for a wide range of skill levels. The training component of the CEC is a major benefit of the time you invest attending the meeting.

As a key stakeholder in your LIMS or ELN, it’s in your best interest to examine every possibility for delivering greater effi ciency and effectiveness. The primary goal of the CEC is to provide a forum where you can review all aspects of your systems and identify what improvements you can make. Key LabWare management staff and LabWare certifi ed consultants will be on hand all week to make sure you achieve your objectives. The CEC also provides a venue for strategic reviews with peers from other parts of your own corporation and complementary organizations.

Customer Presentations - Hear directly from your colleagues on how they have implemented their business requirements and the benefi ts that ensued.

Training - Our training team will provide updates on the new LabWare 7 training program, which was improved in order to better target the needs of our user base.

Upgrades - We have put substantial effort into coordinating all upgrade projects in the past 12 months, and as a result we have gathered a large set of very useful data. We will update everyone on the benefi ts they can expect from this initiative.

ELN - is continuing to help our customers integrate and automate their lab processes more effi ciently. Technical case studies and presentations will share some examples.

Support & Services - The Support and Services team will provide case studies that demonstrate the benefi t of tighter integration between operation support and on-going development. They will share the best practices developed by LabWare’s Post-go-live Application services.

• Welcome Reception on Monday evening (October 1).• 4-day conference, including Technical and Management Sessions, Industry Technical sessions, Training Classes. • Opportunities to “Meet with the LabWare Staff”.• Lunch provided all week (no lunch served on Friday, as Conference ends at noon).• Two LabWare-sponsored dinner events on Tuesday and Thursday evenings - additional time well-spent networking with peers.

The LabWare group rate for this year’s meeting is $135/single room and $150/double room , +tax/night.

The deadline for making your hotel reservation is Tuesday. Aug 21, 2018. Requests received after this date will be accepted on a space - available basis. After the reservation deadline of Aug 21, 2018, the LabWare group rate can not be guaranteed.

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to/from the airport/hotel. There is no courtesy shuttle from the airport to Grand Hyatt. Airport ground transportation is HIGHLY recommended. If you do choose to drive, Grand Hyatt offers valet ($19) day.

Please Note: The Registration Fee is COMPLIMENTARY by Friday, June 29, 2018 (One person per company). After the June 30, the Registration Fee is USD 1000 per attendee.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made via e-mail to Simone Zanareli at SZanareli@labware.com. Prior to Tuesday, July 31, 2018 attendees can cancel without penalty. After Tuesday, July 31, 2018 attendees will be responsible for the full registration fee.
