Last week we heard from the Beaches Beaches Women’s Partnership (BWP).Women’s Partnership (BWP). President Wendy Roberts, and Scott McGehee explained that BWP was formed to assist women who find their lives unraveling because of divorce, death, domestic violence, illness or other life-altering situations. They are a nonprofit organization that provides information and referral services to Beaches women and their families. Goal #4: Kiwanis Communications- Communication will increase at
all levels the District, Division and Club to the individual member.

Goal #1 : SERVICE – All clubs and divisions will increase
the number of and effectiveness of service projects. All
projects will be evaluated.
Goal #2: Sponsored Programs and Organizations- All clubs in the
Florida District will sponsor at least one Sponsored Program and
actively participate in their activities, projects and events.
Goal #3: Education- Individual members will be exposed to increased
education regarding Kiwanis operations, projects, programs, major
emphasis initiatives, and benefits. Increased education will create
more and stronger leaders.
Goal #5: Membership- New Club Building- The Florida District will build
a minimum of 6 new clubs by September 2006.
Goal #5(A): Membership Growth- The Florida District will increase
membership by 20% (2140) members by September 2006.
Goal #5(B)- Membership Retention- The Florida District will reduce
attrition by 15% ( 1650 members) by September 2006.
Goal #5(C)- Membership- SOAP Programs- Every club in the
Florida District will sponsor a SOAP program.
Goal #5(D)- Membership Diversity- The Florida District will study the
make up of our membership and encourage our clubs to mirror our
state’s diverse population.
