HELDOVER

The FMDH Foundation’s fall event was held Saturday October 10th at the Glasgow Elks Lodge. Karla Zerbe, board president, opened the business meeting after an excellent dinner cooked by Doris Ozark and served by the Milk River Beaver 4-H kids. Mary Kate Tihista recognized Karla Zerbe for her years of service to the board. She has served two three-year terms and will complete her final term this December. We are so appreciative of all that she has done for the FMDH Foundation and community. Karen Breigenzer probably had the most fun as she was the lucky winner of the diamond ring, sponsored and designed by Baker’s Jewelry! Other winners included: Angie Page, Kitty Kolden Photography; Lynette Nelson, Twin Quilt from Della Gardner at the Plaid Square; Lori Viste, $250 gas card from Zerbe’s; Colleen Thompson, $200 groceries from Reynold’s Market; Deb Waarvik, Dinner for 2 from Table for Six; and Linda Grey, 5th Avenue Christmas centerpiece. Thanks to everyone who has been a part of the FMDH Foundation. You’re support has huge impacts on our entire community!

Karen Breigenzer, at left, was presented the diamond ring valued at over $7,000 from Harvey and Karen Wall of Baker’s Jewelry.

Breigenzer wins the ring!

One good thing about premature ejaculation is that porn lasts you a very long time. I bought a video back in 1992 and I still haven’t made it past the FBI warning thing.

Emergency Savings

Our lives are already stressful enough without having to worry about making ends meet from paycheck to paycheck. What if the refrigerator goes out? What if the car needs to be repaired? What if a family member gets sick or injured? The fact of the matter is that these things will happen, the only question is when they will happen. For many folks the credit card is the safety net. But maybe there’s a better way. But how do you begin building an emergency savings account? What type of account should you have? How much should you save in this account? What types of expenses should it be used for? This presentation will cover all these questions, and more. This session will be taught by University of Idaho’s Luke Erickson. Please join in on this free webinar event at 12:05 on October 14th in the Community Room of the Valley County Courthouse.
