Kota Bharu/ Kelantan 12/29/2 purple transit strike, similar to Proud D11 but unrecorded? Small red oval censor seal on the back. 331 1955(9 Sept)) No. 3802 A message to the People of Malaya from the Chief Minister of the Federation concerning the Amnesty on one side with Declaration of Amnesty on other headed by coat-of-arms, on pink, slight perimeter faults. Also Leaflet No.3802B which is the Amnesty Leaflet with message in five languages one side and Safe Conduct Pass with Federation flag on other, both sides signed by Gen. Bourne, one in blue in good condition, another in faded green with toned edges but with scan of official translation notice.. 3 leaflets all 6x10 inches.
