Baked Banana Oatmeal Use with Menu #B 1

1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F. Grease casserole dish and set aside. 2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mash one banana & add to bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix well. 3. Pour mixture into greased pan and bake for 20-30 minutes. 4. Slice second banana and add top of finished oatmeal (optional: add banana slices before baking) Yield: 4 servings

Banano con Avena al horno Use con Menú #B 1

1. Precaliente el horno a 375 grados F. Engrase el recipiente e y póngalo a un lado. 2. Combine todos los ingredientes en una vasija grande. Triture un banano& y agregue a la vasija. Agregue los ingredientes húmedos y mezcle bien. 3. Vierta la mezcla en un molde engrasado y horneé por 20-30 min. 4. Corte el segundo banano y agregue a la parte de arriba. (opcional: agregue rodajas de banana antes de hornear) Rendimiento: 4 porciones.

2 tazas de avena regular 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear 1 cucharadita de canela 1 taza de leche

1 huevo 2 bananos medianos 2 cucharadita Maple Syrup 2 cucharadita Peanut Butter 1 cucharadita Vainilla

El año de práctica ha terminado, y debemos empezar a implementar los nuevos requisitos diarios de grano entero o integral, y la limitación de azúcar en los cereales. De ahora en adelante empezaremos a desautorizar las comidas, si durante una visita encontramos que no hay ningún producto de grano entero enriquecido disponible ese día , o si vemos que se le ha dado un cereal con alto contenido de azúcar a los niños. A continuación tenemos un repaso de los requisitos para evitar que las comidas sean desautorizadas!
