The Meadows National Assisted Living Week Highlights

Despite not being able to host our annual family Grandparent’s Day picnic during Assisted Living Week, we were still able to celebrate, and had a lot of fun doing so! Many thanks to all of our wonderful family members and friends, who sent cards, deliveries, themed apparel and to those who participated in the pet parade. Your kind-ness made the week extra special for the tenants! LEFT: Kick off, pet parade. BELOW/LEFT: 50’s Sock Hop. BELOW: Western Day.

BELOW/LEFT: Tenant Wine and Dine. They enjoyed wine, grilled steak and shrimp! RIGHT: Sport your favorite team!

ABOVE: Crazy Sock Day!

ABOVE/RIGHT: Hawaiian Day! After a Hawaiian themed lunch, we had staff hula relay, did a little hula dancing, then took to the lanes with some pineapple bowling! LEFT: Our week wrapped up with “hat” day and wonderful music by David Poggenklass!
