There will also be a sign up sheet in the entrance of the church. Two people are needed or one person can sign up for both slots. Thanks to those students who have achieved perfect attendance. Continue your hard work as we continue into the 2nd quarter. Thanks be to God for the celebrations of our liturgical calendar. Our All Saints Holy Day of Obligation will begin with Mass. After Mass, Mrs. Jack- son (Director of Religious Education) will lead our students in a Tour of the Saints. Each of the rooms have been dedicated to specific Saints and marked with a religious icon. Classes of students will circulate from room to room. In the afternoon at 1:25 PM, students are encouraged to dress as their favorite Saint and parade over to the gym. The 8th Graders will perform select- ed Saint skits. Visitors are welcome! These are annual traditions that will be transferred to the new facility. We need your help in celebrating Veterans Day. Please provide the name and address of a veteran or an active armed force personnel. Our students are making cards that will be mailed to them. We will include an invi- tation to attend our Mass to honor them on Nov. 10th at 8:05 AM. It is time to update your childrens immunization records. Attached is a consent form that we must have on file to update the CHIRP data base for immunization. Milan buses will not be running on November 1st as they implement their e-Learning program promoting at home educational approaches. St. Nicholas School will be in session and Milan parents will need to provide trans- portation. We are thankful for the Public Relation efforts that Education Commission Member Angie Hudepohl is making. She is using the bulletin to highlight school activ- ities as well as local and Archdiocesan publications to spread the St. Nicholas School good news. If you would like to try your hand at literary works, the Archdiocese is looking for articles (see the back side of the Honor Roll/ Attendance Award list). Please continue to pray that our works are rooted in our Lord and leading us in our discipleship.
