Ashton Meadows Toques For Sale Thank you to all parents and students who bought the all new Ashton Meadows toques at the Curriculum Night. The toques were a huge hit, as many people were asking how to order more! You may pay via Cash Online and submit your order there! Thanks in advance for your support! Photo Day is Monday October

Me to We Boomerang Lunches Me to We’s current campaign, We Take Charge, is still going on! We encourage you to pack waste free lunches so you can help save the environment. The idea is to pack lunches that go to school and come back home — hence the name “boomerang” lunches. Try not to pack lunches that create waste, but if you have to, bring the waste back home where you can properly dispose of any food waste you may have.

Our boomerang lunch event ends on October 14th, so it’s not too late to start bringing your waste-free lunches. Even when it ends, you should still keep packing waste-free lunches to help save the environment. Help us save the environment by bringing waste-free lunches. Together, we can make our school greener!

Just a reminder that We Scare Hunger is right around the corner! If you’ve been at this school before, you might have heard of this campaign. We Scare Hunger is a campaign in which we collect non-perishable food to donate to people in need. We encourage all students to bring canned food to donate it to those in need. We encourage all the students to participate in this event because it will be a school wide competition! The winning class will receive a pizza party!

At this time, we are looking for members for the Executive positions of Chair and Secretary. Our next meeting will be held on Thursday November 17th at 6:30pm in the library. Everyone is welcome to attend!

  

We encourage parents to go cashless and sign up for School Cash Online.  

Dress suggestions for your school portraits:

► Stick with solid colours. Avoid busy ► Bring your own brush or comb,prints or bold colours.

► Keep jewelry and accessories simple. ► It is your choice to have your portraittaken with or without glasses.
