DEFINITIONA repair concession can be requested from SafranLanding Systems to offer customers a repair solution forlanding gear parts with damages outside or beyond CMMrepair limits.The Safran Landing Systems engineering team will carryout calculations and fatigue analysis on the damagereported. If determined to be structurally acceptable andif fatigue life is acceptable, Safran Landing Systems is ableto provide customers with a repair as per the repairconcession process.Minor concessions are approved internally through anofficial delegation process from the aircraft manufacturerbefore being returned to the customer.Any major concessions are submitted to the aircraftmanufacturer and applicable Authority for final approval.Once approved, major repair concessions are returned to customer.
