LPower company, including security, in accordance with the attached letter-of April 24, 1969. Services in connection with nuclear generation areprovided under the general. supervision of the Executive Vice Presidentof Alabama Power Company, whose offices are also at 40 Inverness CenterParkway.

L As coordinator, Mr. Mitchell vill be responsible for review and evaluationE ;of Criminal History Check results, which will be reported to management for

decision. The final disposition vill remain the responsibility of theAlabama Power Company's Senior Vice President or Vice President - Nuclear,of their designees.

As Manager Corporate Security-Nuclear, Mr. Mitchell vill be able to limitthe dissemination of criminal history information effectively, confining itsolely for the purposes permitted by statute in connection with nuclearplant access authorization. Mr. Mitchell is fully cognizant of, and villcomply with, 5606 of Public Law 99-399 (42 U.S.C. $2169) and applicable iregulations (10CFR73.57) to limit the dissemination of such information and |to ensure.that such information is used solely for the purpose ofdetermining whether an individual shall be permitted unescorted access tothe facility of a licensee or applicant or shall be permitted access tosafeguards information. ~
