" Note:-

, (1)The contractor shall make/maintain an inventory regarding and use of commonmiscellaneous sundry materials (like screws, nails, washers, internal fitting of tapes &valves, plumbing thread, safeda, clamps, hooks etc.) which is required for the ARM Work,the cost of which is inclusive in above item of the tender.

(2) In case of absence of any of the above mentioned workers without providing suitablereplacement an amount of Rs. 5004 per day shall be recovered as liquidated damages perpersons per day of the absence.

(3) Payment shall be made only for the actual days of employment of the workers.

(4) The workers engaged for the ARM Work will be allowed weekly off on continuousengagement for a completed week.

1) Payment shall be made to the contractor at the contract Rate only for actualquantities executed in ARM Work .

2) On submission of full justification by the contractor, the employer shall has sole

discretionary power whether to extend the time or not for completion of the contract .

3) lf the contractor fails to complete the work in the stipulated time, liquidated damage

@ 1.25% of the total Value of work under measurable items of work will be recoveredfrom his bill.

4) The items and quantum of works may increase or decrease as per actual

requirement arised. No extra claim from contractor will be entertained to that effect.
