“WHEN WE FOCUS ON WHAT’S MISSING AND WHAT’S NOT HERE, WE PREVENT OURSELVES FROM THE ENERGY OF ABUNDANCE.”

Gratitude makes us happier because it automatically fortifi es the energy of our abundance fl ow.

Through noticing and switching your attention to that of being grateful for the good things in your life, you establish your own energetic signature of bliss. In fact, it’s been scientifi cally proven that grateful people demonstrate satisfaction with life, have a more positive outlook and experience lower levels of stress and depression.

Through some simple and powerful gratitude exercises, you can manifest abundance in every area of your life.

Over the next 21 days, consider doing one or more of the following:

    A. Start a Gratitude JournalOnce each day, write down at least one thing for which you are grateful.

    B. Count Your BlessingsBefore going to bed, identify at least three things for which you are grateful from that day.

    C. Tell another that you are grateful for him/her.Tell a different being every day that you appreciate them. (Feel free to include pets, co-workers, a mailman, and/or someone who greets you with a smile everyday while sharing a ride in the elevator.)

Halfway through your process, check in with yourself to see how you are feeling and if the focus of your thoughts have shifted.

After your 21st day, do an assessment of your energy to measure how much space you created for abundance to come in by giving your attention to positive thoughts. Are you feeling lighter, more aware, enthusiastic, determined?

Do this exercise as much and as long as you’d like. The longer, the better. :)

“EVERYONE IS BORN A HEALER; EVERYONE HAS THIS GIFT.”

The heart is more powerful than the mind, and when we connect our heart and mind, we receive all the energy we’ll ever need.

We should embrace the fact that we are each a natural born healer. We have the ability to heal through focused intention.

When we focus our intention on discomfort and send it pure, heart-based thoughts of healing and gratitude, we can actually remove the block and eliminate the pain.

Next time you have a headache, focus your intention on connecting your heart and mind, feel the shift in energy once connected, then send those bountiful healing frequencies straight to that part of your head that is experiencing discomfort.

Be mindful of the changes that occur, always reconnecting the heart and mind and sending forth healing to that targeted point of discomfort.

    CULTIVATE CONSCIOUS RELATIONSHIPS

“LIFE IS ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS AND BEING A STUDENT OF THAT. YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE IN ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIPS TO FEEL AND GIVE LOVE.”

Being transparent and honest in your relationships not only allows for you to always be in the present tense, it also creates the opportunity to move into a place of having conscious relationships across the board.

Starting with authentic and intuitive communication helps establish co-commitments and co-agreements that not only make a great leap forward in any relationship, but also cultivate trust and faith and allowing.

There are ways to tell the truth that are completely gentle. It’s not necessary to beat someone over the head or hurt each other. Be conscious of love.

Though it can be challenging to keep an open heart AND be fully connected to another’s, embracing your own deep feelings with love allows you to manifest a partner with those very qualities.

When you have a loving, open-hearted, unconditional relationship with yourself, it becomes easier for you to extend that to another who, in turn, fi nds it easy to reciprocate.

The quality of our relationships all comes down to integrity.

The next time you feel that something is out of balance in one of your relationships, exhale into what you’re feeling. Know that there’s no “right” way to package it, but, by presenting what you’re feeling in a way that is blame-free and conscious of love, you allow dialog to begin and fl ow. A simple “something isn’t right” or “this doesn’t feel open-hearted” can guide

“WE ARE THE GOD OF US. WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE DIVINE WILL POWER TO CREATE US.”

We have been taught to believe that, when we serve our self, we take away from others and that it is our egos that serve ourselves. Not claiming the power of being in joy when serving yourself is actually egotistical. Ego holds the world back because, whenever we are not putting joy into the ONE, which is us, we are not serving the world.

For instance, our mental mind thinks we don’t want to do our 9-to-5 job, but something much deeper is going on because you’re not serving anybody but yourself by doing it. You go to work to make money to pay for things that you need. It’s OK for you to make money to serve yourself. By moving into the place of being joyful when you go to work, you get to serve others and get paid back monetarily.

To serve your Self and to make your Self happy is your highest purpose and is for the highest good. By claiming your own power and being in joy while serving your Self, you can then be in a place to give your best to others.

We can understand how serving others serves our self, but why is it so hard to understand that serving our self actually serves others?

    It’s SO simple.

Drop into your heart. What makes you happy? Is it money? Health? Whatever gives you joy, you should be doing. And in doing it, you can literally change the world.

When you’re in your heart, the upset and worry dissipate because they don’t exist there. Two things can’t take up the same space. When you drop into your heart you instantaneously go into love.

When you serve yourself through the Divine love of self, you create the joy of YOU and that affects the entire world. Anything that puts you in joy serves the whole through Divine love.

It all begins with loving yourself. Love Yourself, love yourself, and love yourself more. Then choose to do what is best for you, what gives you joy, what creates happiness and freedom in your life. When you do that, you automatically serve others – because it is Truth.

When we listen and pay attention to what’s showing up, we have the opportunity to share with all what we discover.Welcome in your miraculous self and allow all new energies to exist as a part of you.

OFTEN, WHEN WE ARE GOING THROUGH A CHALLENGING TIME IN OUR LIVES, IT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO SIT WITH OUR FEELINGS IN THOSE TOUGH MOMENTS.

However, we must remember not to deny our feelings nor block our emotions because they are actually here to teach us and guide us.

It’s OK to feel and it’s OK to cry. It’s important to go through the process of what you are thinking and feeling when you are being challenged or in a dark place.

Allowing yourself to feel your feelings is the way through them.

When you feel it fully, you are present with it. When you become present, you create the opportunity to move through the deep tunnel of emotional upset.

So, next time you are feeling challenged, allow yourself to fully tap into it what you’re feeling and allow for all of it. Consider creating an outlet to express your thoughts/feelings - be it listening to sad songs, writing, singing, exercising, escaping physically, mentally or creatively. By doing so, you begin to pave a path through it, thereby releasing it all and propelling into the light on the other side.

“WHEN YOU HAVE A GREAT PAIN IN YOUR LIFE, YOU NEED A GREATER PURPOSE.”

Pain can be a great source of pushing us forward and can also be a platform of motivation.

The key is to learn that it’s not necessary to suffer to get to the other side of pain. Pain is actually a nudge, but the choice after the nudge doesn’t have to be one of struggling or suffering. Pain can also be an impetus for a different choice.

When you are feeling pain, it’s an ideal time to move inside, focus your intention inward and sense your Divine strength, which can guide you to channelling your pain into something greater that can impact others in an amazing way and ultimately deliver you into balance, harmony and bliss.

There is a remarkable opportunity in pain to take where you are and platform it to more productivity and purpose.

In faith and purpose, ask aloud, so that you are heard, “What will my purpose be?” The more you ask and listen from the place of faith and purpose, the more you will be shown the answers.

Everyday we are on a journey, like little tops that keep getting spun on and off our path; but it is our responsibility to the Divine - in exchange for this gift of life - to brush ourselves off, get back on our path and start each day by asking in faith, “What will my purpose be?”

“WHEN WE RESIST CHANGE, IT HURTS.”

Change is good and essential. When we allow change to change us, it’s very exciting.

The old paradigm of life is one of separation and division where we compare and contrast and feel that one has to be better or worse than another. It’s all hierarchical.

But it’s not about me, it’s about we.

We have a whole set of rules, which we follow, that all lead to separation. None of it has to do with inclusivity or a non-hierarchical state of being where we value and respect and love each other completely. And the same is true within ourselves.

For example, if we’re only living in our conscious mind, which is like a small operating system, we’re going to see everything in life through its fi lter, which labels “good,” “bad,” “right,” “wrong,” judgment, evaluations, “this shouldn’t have happened,” and ascribe meanings for everything. Then resonant energy and emotions follow where your attention is focused. That entire way of referencing is a lose/lose proposition.

Most people think, “This is all there is.” They don’t realize the dimensions of possibility, beauty, love, abundance that exist in the rest of their being that they just haven’t tapped into.

When you go beyond your “screen saver,” you get in touch with a part of yourself that is larger than all you’ve known you to be - you tune into the fact that you are bigger than what you thought - a spirit, a soul, a multidimensional being with so much more than just that one program.

When you start to tap into your self, which does not need to create crisis nor live in right or wrong or good and bad, you live in a different paradigm which is inclusivity, peacefulness, love, cooperation, mutuality and healing.

The body is an expression of our consciousness. Your consciousness is one with all that is and your body is a personal expression of that. When

Pain = Purpose WITH TAYLOR DAYNE AND CYNTHIA KERSEY7

you connect to your bigger picture without resisting or insisting, the body begins to heal because it follows your consciousness.

Take a moment to come out of the mind and notice and reference the energy in your body, feelings, emotions. Come out of all stories and feel the part of you that is beyond that story.

When you move into the bigger picture, you understand the self that you thought you were and you’re able to hold it with compassion and understanding. You don’t get rid of it. You hold it with tenderness and love.

Then that inner resonance comes from the bigger picture that creates a new reality for you and all.
