Southwest Scaffolding specializes in the sales of scaffolding frames and accessories, Non-Stop elevated platform scaffolding, scaffolding planks and masonry equipment. We are located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and sell scaffolding nationwide and in Canada.

SalesWe sell new conventional scaffolding frames of all types and sizes. These include walk thru, ladder and half high frames. We also sell all needed accessories, wood planks and metal planks. We occasionally have used scaffolding and accessories for sale. In addition, we sell masonry equipment such as mixers and saws. Please note that prices do not include shipping. Please contact us for shipping quotes. Sales are subject to sales tax. If you don’t see what you need, we can get it for you!

RentalsWe rent Non-Stop Scaffolding and associated planks, hydraulic scaffolding, and accessories. Our rental rates are competitive and dependent on the amount rented so give us a call for a quote on your next job. We will arrange shipping on all projects and supply an estimate. The larger the rental, the more economical it is to ship long distances. We have shipped as far as 1,000 miles away. We have thousands of feet of Non-Stop scaffolding inventory so we can service jobs both large and small. We typically do not rent frame scaffolding unless large quantities are needed.

Scaffolding ServicesAfter spending more than 20 years in the masonry business, we have the knowledge and expertise to meet your masonry scaffolding needs. Our services include: on site training and assistance in design and layout of scaffolding, OSHA compliance training. Our staff includes knowledgeable field representatives, who have years of first-hand experience in the erection and use of our scaffolding systems. The biggest factor in profitability on a masonry job is efficient use of labor. Let us help you use your labor efficiently by designing a scaffolding plan for your job.

The Non-Stop Overhead Protection System can be used to provide a simple winter enclosure. The overhead beam telescopes to extend up to 10” behind the face of the wall. The system attaches securely to the elevating carriage, and the x-braces need not be removed and replaced. All parts are captured, and the beam does not have to be threaded on from the top. The ACT-8 work platform combines safety , power and flexibility . It distinguishes itself by its versatility and represents the best choice for contractors specialized in repointing, glazing, E.I.F.S., curtain walls installation, metal framing, etc.

Used with one or two masts, this system of cantilevers, bridges and forward extension is the solution to vertical access problems encountered during inspection, restoration and maintenance of buildings and structures. It is also an access solution for industrial projects.

Designed to satisfy the needs of masonry contracting companies, the FRSM-20K work platform combines safety , sturdiness and capacity for mid- to large-size job sites.

Used with one or two masts, this system of cantilevers, bridges and forward extension allows users to benefit from over 130 different configu-rations . Ideal for construction projects up to 80 ft (25 m) in height, the FRSM-20K also distinguishes itself when comfort, safety and perfor-mance in high altitude are required.

QUICK INSTALLATION, ERGONOMY AND SAFETYWhether the FRSM-20K is mounted on a ground base or a freestanding base equipped with adjustable outriggers, the initial installation and positioning of extensions and bridges can be accomplished in less than one hour using a fork lift. Transport Platform - SEP Series Middle Range Accessories

Manual Joystick Operator Control (MJOC)The manual joystick operator control is a fully manual operator control system. When stopping at a level, you simply go from full speed to half speed with the joystick, and the hoist will automatically stop at the next landing level. This system requires an operator that operates the hoist.

Stop Next Landing Control (SNLC)With the stop next landing control system, you simply push the up or down button, wait until you are approaching the landing level, then you push the stop next landing button, and the hoist will stop at the landing. This system is compatible with landing call boxes, which enables landing calls for the hoist.

CONTROL SYSTEM

The landing gate can be used to platform gate with ramp or without ramp. The gate can be opened in both directions.

LANDING GATE

Module system, no part heavier than 28 kg / 66 lbs. Main part is galvanized.

This model travels underneath the platform, directly on the mast section. It has an easy and quick installation, does not require trolley guide rails along the mast section.

Fraco SEP units are using a special cable, called hybrid cable, which permits power and control conductors.
