Character will be discussed and issues will be a priority. This newsletter is 100% editorial in nature, but facts will be checked to the best of our ability. Donald J. TrumpLet’s Make America Great Again

Mr. Trump on Jobs & TradeMr. Trump, being a phenomenally astute busi-nessman, knows how to make American busi-nesses healthy. They will be so healthy and the environment for businesses so good that busi-nesses will flock back to the United States...busi-nesses that we thought were lost forever. Dave Thomas, the founder of Wendy’s fast food res-taurant chain, had a slogan. He used to say their food was so good that there “Ain’t no reason to go anyplace else.” In Mr. Trump’s administra-tion, businesses will have unnecessary regula-tions lifted, and we will go from being one of the highest taxed countries to one of the lowest. The environment for building a good business will be so friendly that there “Aint no reason to go anyplace else.”

Not only will Mr. Trump create a great environ-ment for businesses to thrive in, but he will exer-cise his genius in “The Art of the Deal.” Mr. Trump is renowed for his deal-making abilities. No longer will we have trade deals with other countries that give them everything and give us nothing. That also will drive jobs back into this country.

No one can deny Mr. Trump’s abilities in these areas.

On the other hand, Hillary wants to raise taxes on businesses in the guise of making things more fair for the little people. In reality, all that raising taxes on businesses does is make it hard-er for businesses to make a profit. If they can’t make a profit, they start laying people off, and if that doesn’t work, they go to another country which costs America even more jobs.

Hillary likes our trade deals, as unfair as they are, and will do nothing to fix them.

President’s LetterAmerica is at the crossroads…either we stand with our Republican candidates or...watch our coun-try being systemically destroyed by a socialist administration run by Hillary Clinton. We must be UNITEDU Unswaying, unwavering and unbending loyalty to our party is needed, from Donald Trump, along with our senatorial and congressional candidates, to our local conservative Republicans.N National conservativism is needed to end higher taxes, larger debt and more government control.I Individual rights must be preserved, such as freedom of religion, freedom of speech and the right to bear arms...which will be lost forever during a Clinton Presidency.T Togetherness is what we need to elect our slate of candidates. We must work, work and work some more. This is necessary to win the election on November 8. E Enthusiastic volunteers are needed at every Republican Victory office…phoning, walking, stuffing door hangers. There is a job for everyone.D Dedication to the preservation of our country is needed. Are you dedicated, or will you wake up on November 9 and wonder if you had done more, would Hillary still be president? As conservatives, it is our responsibility to take control of this election, save our country and restore America to one based on the Constitution of the United States. Will we be blessed to take back our country, or will we be cursed with the US becoming part of a global government? Only you stand between redeeming our nation and losing it.

Will you fight with us to unify our party and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN?

Donald Trump wants to make us safeWe currently have illegal aliens coming at us in at least two different ways. We have immigrants coming in from Syria and other countries that have radical Muslim terrorists. We don’t know which ones are the good ones or which ones are the bad ones. Europe is a mess because they allowed the immigrants to enter without being vetted. And now, Europe is being bombed and terrorized constantly. The terrorists are running rampant. So why does Mr. Trump get so much flack because he doesn’t want to take a chance of terrorists coming onto our soil? Hilllary wants to triple the amount of immigrants over what Obama has already let in...without effective vetting. Hillary implies that anyone who won’t let these people come into our country lacks compassion. Not true. Mr. Trump says he he wants to take care of the children and women who are victims over there by building safe zones for them to stay in. That is not lacking compassion. That is having compassion for Americans and wanting to protect them while he is putting the victims in those countries in a safe place.

We are also being invaded by illegal aliens at the Mexican border. Mr. Trump got in trouble because he told the truth. He said that many of the ille-gals that are coming over...not all...but many...are felons, drug dealers, etc. He told the truth. The are some who are coming to try to make a better life for their families that are still in Mexico, but there is a very large group who are undesirable. Mr Trump wants people to stop breaking our laws and come over here legally. It defies reason to get mad at someone for wanting people to do things legally. By the way, Mr. Trump has a real plan for Mexico paying for the wall. He’s not blowing smoke. He’s a businessman, and you can go to his web site and see how he will use his business savvy to force Mexico to pay for the wall. I read it, and with my limited business sense, I truly understood it. In 2015 Hillary talked about building a wall. In 2016 she said, “We can’t be talking about building walls or turning the clock back.” She says the border is secure now.

Finally, Mr. Trump wants to build our military. Over 200 generals have come out in support of Mr. Trump. Our military is weaker than it has been in many years and is getting weaker all the time. Hillary does not want to build up our military, but will make it weaker. Mr. Trump has Ronald Reagan’s philosophy of peace through strength.

Hillary Clinton talks about the little Syrian boy who had been blown up and said she wants to bring them here so that can never happen again. Mr. Trump wants to build a safe place for those little boys over there, so we don’t have little boys over here being blown up. Who is the most compas-sionate? I believe Mr. Trump is. Who will make our children safe? Mr. Trump will.

My OpinionBy Mary Snyder

Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah...I can’t hear you...I’m tired, and I believe 95% of the country is tired of the media. At least 95% of the conservatives are tired. The liberals probably aren’t, because everything has been going their way!

The media recently made a big deal out of a private conversation that Mr. Trump had a decade ago. Okay...it’s news! I get it. And we all want desperately to be informed. But then, they went out on a limb and told the public...you and me...that Rubio was jumping ship and so was Cruz. Then I heard that Rubio didn’t like what Trump had to say, but was sticking with him. After that, I heard that Cruz was staying with him, too. I heard that Reince Priebus had pulled his support and that the RNC was pulling all of their money back from Donald and sending it to lower level campaigns. Guess what! That wasn’t true either! Nobody, including Donald, likes what Donald said ten years ago, and I don’t like it either. But what is more important is that I DO like what he says he is going to do for the country.

All of the above turmoil started last week. Now look and see what has been happening this week. Mr. Trump has been saying for some time that the media was biased and he was not getting a fair shake. Love him or hate him, the WikiLeaks champion, Julian Assange, has found the the missing emails that Hillary says she turned over. From these emails, Hillary has been found to be in cahoots with the media in a proportion that is unbeliev-able. Not only did the emails bring forth proof that the media is deliberately trying to make Mr. Trump look bad, but they also exposed that Hillary had been given questions for the debate ahead of time so she could come up with memorized answers, while Mr. Trump was not given questions ahead of time and had no clue what was going to hit him. In addition, the emails revealed that Hillary not only was told what to say in response to the questions, but she was even told when to turn to the audience and smile!!!!!

When Mr. Trump was talking about Hillary Clinton in the last debate stating all of the lies she had told...when he was discussing all of the emails that she destroyed even after they had been subpoened, Hillary took her turn and responded by saying that Donald Trump was lying. She made a big fuss about not being able to keep up with the fact checking because he was lying so much! Excuse me! Who was lying? And why didn’t the media expose her for calling Trump’s truthful statements lies? Where were the moderators on that one? She was not called out for that.

When Trump spoke against the Khans (not against their hero son), why didn’t the media report that Mr. Khan was an attorney who was upset about Trump temporarily stopping immigration from dangerous countries because Mr. Khan runs an immigration law firm that brings Muslims to the U.S. from these very dangerous countries? Mr. Khan charges $500,000 to bring a family over and doesn’t want them being vetted. In addition, he is sympathetic with Sharia law! Having Khan at the convention was a typical Clinton trap, Trump fell for it and the media blew it out of proportion.

Why didn’t the media tell people that Trump did nothing illegal in regards to his taxes and call Hillary on it when she told people that he hadn’t paid his fair share for the military or for helping poor people. Anyone with an understanding of business knows that the government doesn’t make you pay taxes on $1000 profit in one year when you took a loss of $10,000 the year before. If they did, no one would go into business, because the risk would be too great! Why didn’t the media try to explain that to people? And why didn’t they explain that when the government says that you owe a certain amount in taxes that no one is going to volunteer to pay more. This is what they are asking Trump to do. If the government said you owed $100, would you give them $200?

So, should we ignore Mr. Trump’s past indiscretions since the media is criminally biased? I don’t ignore his indiscretions, nor do I agree with them, but I try to put things in the right perspective. Donald Trump appears to some to have been a man who has a checkered moral past. I look at things a little differently. I believe that our God is a God of second chances. Right now Mr. Trump is happily married, has raised wonderful children, is a wonderful grandfather, etc. He understands business and seems to have what many Americans want to see in their President. He has a heart for the United States. He wants us to be safe and encourages strong borders. Today he believes in life. Mr. Trump wants us to keep our arms to not only protect ourselves from criminals, but also from a tyrannical government. He wants to create jobs for us and wants to appoint conservative Supreme Court judges so that our freedoms are not stolen from us. He loves Israel and even has a Jewish son-in-law and daughter. He cherishes his family, and they cherish him.

Hey media people...I’ve got news for you! Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah...I can’t hear you...

Trump Vs. Hillary on GunsThe Second Amendment states, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Donald Trump believes that every person has a right to own and bear arms. He believes that guns are needed so people can defend themselves not only from criminals, but also from a tyrannical government. In countries where dictatorships have taken over, they first come in and try to get your guns. The NRA has backed Mr. Trump for his views.

Hillary’s views have been exposed through emails: she not only wants to register guns, but her ultimate goal is to take your guns. There is a new conversation taking place today that says that the Second Amendment never meant for private citizens to have guns, but only the militia. This is not true. The Founding generation mistrusted standing armies. Many Americans believed, on the basis of English history and their colonial ex-perience, that central governments are prone to use armies to oppress the people. History since that time has proved that this was a legitimate concern. Donald Trump will prevent a repetition of what happened to the Germans when their guns were taken and then millions slaughtered.

Trump Vs. Hillary on the Supreme CourtDonald Trump will appoint conservative Supreme Court justices who will honor the Constitution and protect our liberties. Mr. Trump has a list that he has made public that names the people from whom he will choose the justices. His list is so conservative that it is what made Ted Cruz come over to the Trump side when he said he never would. Ted Cruz is a devout constitu-tionalist and believes in our liberties which are protected by the Constitution.

If Hillary becomes elected, the first ten amendments of the Constitution will be in jeopardy. She will destroy the first amendment, freedom of speech, and the news media will be worse than it is today. She will destroy the second amendment and take your guns...thus allowing a climate for governmental tyranny. Your religious liberty will be in dire jeopardy. We will no longer live in a free society. And not only that, but the Supreme Court Justices are appointed for life, so it will be at least 40 years before the court has a chance of being balanced again and these awful things being reversed. Hillary Clinton has no desire to keep our liberties, she only wants to take them from us. She has already stated that she will appointment justices who will never allow Roe vs. Wade to be overturned, and babies will continue to be tortured while being killed up to and after birth.

Mr. Trump, Schools and Common CoreBy Chris Quackenbush

Aside from the immediate, down ticket impact on the election of our school boards, Presidential politics is a crit-ical factor in the future of education. Let’s start with the philosophical issues.

First question: Who is responsible for educating our chil-dren? Is it the “village,” or is it the parents of the children? Under Clinton, we know the answer. She believes parents can’t be trusted. Hillary states that we all, collectively, own the children. Donald Trump believes otherwise and stated he will act to end Federal Control of Education.

Home schooling our children has been so successful that colleges are now actively recruiting them. Test scores show they are typically 1-2 years ahead of their public school peers. Their numbers have grown dramatically over the last decade. Research shows that their ranks are growing by 2-8% annually. If Hillary gets elected, you can bet there will be an attempt to end home schooling. http://www.nheri.org/research/research-facts-on-home-schooling.html

Public schools will continue on their downward spiral un-der a growing federal government led by Common Core proponents who are major donors of Hillary, including Bill Gates and George Soros, Exon, Hewlett Packard, Walmart and other international corporations. Their brainwashing and data mining will steal the hearts and minds of our chil-dren to become “human capital.”

Mr. Trump has stated that he will restore “local control” of our schools. He knows the sting of bureaucratic bloat will impede learning, not enhance it.

To Abort or not to AbortAbortions are running rampant in this country. Planned Parenthood has turned into an evil business where baby parts are being ripped from fetuses (I prefer to call them little children) and thrown into garbage cans or sold....and for what? Money and con-venience. Statistics show that less than 1% of the babies that die from abortion are aborted because of rape or incest.

Partial birth abortions are being performed more and more frequently. Horror stories are told of how doctors let the baby actually be born and then essentially kill it by tear-ing or twisting its head off or by a multitude of other sickening methods. These babies are old enough to feel pain and have emotions. Each year, nearly 1.2 million American women have an abortion to end a pregnancy.

The most common reason women consider abortion is birth control. So, we are killing little children so that women can have sex at will without consequences.

Hillary Clinton has stated that a fetus has no constitutional rights all the way up to birth. She wants unlimited abortions, and she wants the taxpayer to pay for them. She is very pro Planned Parenthood and uses the excuse that they take care of women’s health, yet she denies funds to organizations that take care of women’s health but do not do abortions.

Donald Trump is pro-life. He would take funds from Planned Parenthood and will funnel those funds to organizations who help women but do not do abortions. He does not believe in taking a life except when the life of the mother is in danger.

Ivanka Trump shared a photo of her three children — daughter Arabella Rose, 4, and sons Joseph Frederick, 2, and Theodore James, 3 months.

Donald Trump on Women and Child Care(Taken from DonaldTrump.com)

PROPOSAL: The Trump plan will rewrite the tax code to allow working parents to deduct from their income taxes child care expenses for up to fourchildren and elderly dependents.• The deduction is available for taxpayers who take the standard deduction as well as itemize deductions, and will be capped at the average cost

of care for the state of residence. Individuals earning more than $250,000 (or $500,000 if filing jointly) will not be eligible for the deduction. For a family earning $70,000 per year in the 12 percent tax bracket with $7,000 in child care expenses, the deduction would reduce taxes by $840 per year.

• The plan will offer child care spending rebates to lower-income taxpayers through the existing Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC). This could mean almost $1,200 per year per eligible family.

• Mr. Trump’s plan will ensure stay-at-home parents will receive the same tax deduction as working parents, offering compensation for the job they’re already doing, and allowing them to choose the child care scenario that’s in their best interest.

PROPOSAL: The Trump plan would create new Dependent Care Savings Accounts (DCSAs) so that families can set aside extra money to foster theirchildren’s development and offset elder care for their parents or adult dependents. These new accounts are available to everyone, and allow bothtax-deductible contributions and tax-free appreciation year-to-year-unlike current law Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), which areavailable only if it is offered by an employer and does not allow balances to accumulate.• When established for a minor, funds from a DCSA can be applied to traditional child care, after-school enrichment programs and school tuition-

contributing to school choice. To help lower-income parents, the government will match half of the first $1,000 deposited per year.• When established for an elderly dependent, a DCSA can cover a variety of services, including in-home nursing and long-term care.PROPOSAL: Mr. Trump’s plan will provide regulatory reform to promote new family-based and community-based solutions, and also add incentives for employers to provide child care at the workplace. The ability to set aside funds will be particularly helpful to women, low-income workers andminorities, who are statistically more likely to reduce time working outside the home in order to provide unpaid care. PROPOSAL: The Trump plan will guarantee six weeks of paid maternity leave by amending the existing unemployment insurance (UI) that compa-nies are required to carry. The benefit would apply only when employers don’t offer paid maternity leave, and would be paid for by offsetting reduc-tions in the program so that taxes are not raised. This enhancement will triple the average paid leave received by new mothers.

For the record, Donald Trump has always paid his female employees equal pay and has a record of promoting female employees to top executive positions. Hillary Clinton has never paid and still does not pay her female employees equally with men. She hypocritically says on her website that she will fight to close the wage gap, but my thoughts are...why doesn’t she do it now with her own employees? She is offering 12 weeks maternity leave while Mr. Trump is only offering six weeks, but his plan goes much further. She says she will stand against violence on women, but her life is filled with instances where she promoted violence on women, and she takes money from countries who do not respect women at all. Even so, she says she will promote women’s rights across the globe. And, of course, Hillary is for Planned Parenthood and abortion right up to allowing it for full term and partial birth babies. Her stands for women are 100% hypocritical. What she says and what she does are two different things.

Mr. Trump has worked on his plan for women with his daughter Ivanka who is truly a champion for women.Donald Trump Jr. & Family

Donald was born December 31, 1977. He had a very close relationship with his maternal grandparents, Milos, and Marie Zelinickova. His grandparents did not speak English, so as a young child Donald picked up Czech, a lan-guage in which he is now fluent.

Through Milos Donald developed a life long pas-sion for hunting, fishing, and nature in general. Summers were spent in Prague accompanying his grandfather on yearly fishing trips. He named one son after his beloved grandfather.

He attended the boarding school, The Hill School, in Pennsylvania. Donald took a year off to ski in Aspen, entering into a period of self-discovery during which he considered his options: be a trust fund kid or do something worthwhile with his life. He chose the latter.

After graduation from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania, he joined his father’s company woking on international proj-ects. Today, Donald Jr. manages The Trump Company’s property portfolio employing over 22,000 people. Donald, like his siblings, is down to earth and easygoing. All are fair and ethical and have been known to make a deal on a handshake and stick with it.

Eric and Lara TrumpEric is the second son and third child of Donald and Ivana Trump. He attended boarding school and graduated from Georgetown University. He joined his fa-ther’s company after completing his studies. Eric is in charge of the company’s golf courses and focuses on acquisitions, development, and construction.

Eric owns Trump Winery in Charlottesville and his three bedroom apartment in Trump Park East, Manhattan, which he purchased for $2 million dollars in 2007. His personal wealth is estimated at 150 million.

Eric, who was four when his parents separated, stated in a New York Times article that his brother, Donald essentially raised him and that his sister, Ivanka was like a second mother to him.

After dating for six years, the statuesque 5 ‘11” Lara Yunaska married 6’5” Eric Trump at the family’s Florida Beach Club in 2014. The groom’s brother-in-law, Jared Kushner, officiated at the ceremony. Lara’s ring was selected from Ivanka Trump’s fine jewelry collection.

Lara, a North Carolina native, graduated from North Carolina State Universi-ty in 2005 with a degree in French and communications. She also attended L’Universite Catholique de Lille de France, and the French Culinary Institute of NY where she completed a degree in pastry arts. Lara is a nice addition to the family.

Donald Trump and Taxes• Reduce taxes across-the-board, especially for working and middle-income

Americans who will receive a massive tax reduction.

• Ensure the rich will pay their fair share, but no one will pay so much that it destroys jobs or undermines our ability to compete.

• Eliminate special interest loopholes, make our business tax rate more com-petitive to keep jobs in America, create new opportunities and revitalize our economy.

• Reduce the cost of child care by allowing families to fully deduct the average cost of child care from their taxes, including stay-at-home parents.

Read the Fact Sheet on Donald J. Trump’s Tax Policy, here.

The Trump Plan will collapse the current seven tax brackets to three brackets. The rates and breakpoints are as shown below. Low-income Americans will have an effective income tax rate of 0. The tax brackets are similar to those in the House GOP tax blueprint.

Brackets & Rates for Married-Joint filers:Less than $75,000: 12%More than $75,000 but less than $225,000: 25%More than $225,000: 33%*Brackets for single filers are ½ of these amountsBusiness taxes go to 35% to 15%

As the Tax Foundation put it: “Donald Trump’s plan is a tax cut for all income groups, while Hillary Clinton’s plan is a tax increase on selected income groups.” The Tax Foundation determined that, on average, taxpayers will receive a tax cut of $1,818 under the Trump Plan, but a tax increase of $176 under the Clin-ton plan. [Tax Foundation, Sept. 23, 2016]

Donald J. Trump’s tax plan will increase the economy and grow jobs by almost 2 million, while Hillary Clinton’s tax plan will shrink the economy and lose 300,000 jobs. In combination with the total economic reform agenda, the Trump eco-nomic plan will create at least 25 million jobs over the next 10 years. [Tax Foun-dation, Sept. 19, 2016], [Tax Foundation, Jan. 26, 2016].

Trump Repeals/replaces ObamacareDONALD TRUMP’S VISION

To view Mr. Trump’s position, visit https://www.donaldjtrump.com/positions/healthcare-reform.

• Repeal and replace Obamacare with Health Savings Accounts • Work with Congress to create a patient-centered health care

system that promotes choice, quality, and affordability.• Work with states to establish high-risk pools to ensure access

to coverage for individuals who have not maintained continu-ous coverage.

• Allow people to purchase insurance across state lines, in all 50 states, creating a dynamic market.

• Maximize flexibility for states via block grants so that local leaders can design innovative Medicaid programs that will better serve their low-income citizens.

CONTRAST WITH HILLARY CLINTON• Hillary Clinton will protect and expand disastrous Obamacare.

She called Obamacare “one of the great accomplishments not only of this president, but of the Democratic Party going back to Harry Truman.” [CNN Money, Aug. 19, 2016]

• Hillary Clinton will provide Obamacare to illegal aliens. [Hill-ary Clinton - Issues - Healthcare]

• Thirty-five percent of the uninsured are illegal aliens who are already getting free care in our emergency rooms, that is be-ing paid for by American taxpayers. [Congressional Budget Office, March 2016]

• Hillary Clinton will offer a public option on the Exchanges, driv-ing out private health plans and leaving Americans with fewer options and eventually no choices but a government run plan.

A personal note: At my last doctor’s visit I talked with my very concerned doctor. He is on the brink of going out of business due to Obamacare. He has borrowed money out of his retirement to keep his practice open. He also stated that many of his doctor friends are on the verge of going out of business as well.

Tiffany TrumpMarla Maples, 52, Donald’s second wife, lived in California with her daughter Tiffany when Tiffany was not studying at the University of Pennsylvania. Donald and Marla were only married for six years, from 1993 to 1999.

Tiffany Ariana Trump, the second-youngest of his five children, is a name that we don’t hear as often. The 22-year-old earned her big moment in the spotlight when she gave a speech at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland in support of her father.

Tiffany, 23, did not see her father often as a child. However, he paid for her education and her relocation to the east coast. Tiffany is in contact with her siblings and was an attendant at her half-sister’s wedding.

Tiffany attended her dad’s alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated earlier this year with a degree in sociology and a concentration in urban studies. She also walked in a fashion show at New York Fashion Week.

From all appearances, it seems as though she is off to a bright future.

Barron TrumpBarron Trump is 10 years old and is the youngest child of Donald and the only child of Melania Trump. Mela-nia and Barron are very close, however Melania calls Barron a Mini-Donald because he looks and acts so much like his father. Just look at the photo to the left and you will see the resemblance. There is no reason to believe, since all the other Trump offspring turned out so well, that Barron will be any different.

Barron also enjoys the influence of his maternal grandparents, as they visit often.

Not only will Barron have his father’s great influence on his life that made his siblings turn out so well, but he has Melania who has to be named “mother of the year” for the way she very conscientiously attends to Barron at home and by being active with him at his school. Barron speaks both English and the Slovene language, is active in sports and attends a private school in New York City.

Keep your eyes open...another Trump genius is on the horizon.

Bishop With First-Hand Knowledge of Abortion as a Med Student Explains how a Catholic Should Vote this Year

(This article is a quote from Pewsitter.com)By Andrew Parrish

Pewsitter.com

DENVER, Colorado – With the American presidential election only 27 days away, Archbishop Samuel Aquila of Denver has written a public letter on the Catholic vote. ‘The defense of life and religious freedom must be the key issues for a Christian,’ he declares. While this is what should be expected from a Catholic bishop, Aquila additionally revealed in 2013 that he witnessed two abortions as a medical student in 1968, giving him firsthand experience to back his political opinions. Despite the general unpleasantness of this election cycle, a Catholic can still ascertain how to cast the right vote.

Archbishop Samuel Aquila wrote about his experience as a lapsed Catholic medical student in a 2013 pastoral letter commemorating the 40-year anniversary of Roe vs. Wade. He spent three years working in an emergency room as an orderly in the late 1960s. ‘When I began the job, I hadn’t thought much about human suffering or about human dignity,’ he wrote. One day, however, Aquila walked into a surgical unit and saw the body of an aborted baby lying in a sink, forgotten. ‘I remember being stunned,’ he said. ‘I remember thinking I had to baptize that child.’

The second encounter with abortion that Aquila had, however, was even more distressing. A young woman came into the emergency room requir-ing operation to repair a failed abortion. The future Archbishop watched as the doctor was forced to remove the parts of a baby from the woman’s body. ‘I witnessed a tiny human being destroyed by violence. The memory haunts me,’ the archbishop concluded. ‘I will never forget that I stood witness to acts of unspeakable brutality.’

‘I witnessed the death of two small people who never had the chance to take a breath. I can never forget that,’ he said. ‘And I have never been the same. My conscience awakened to the truth of the dignity of the human being from the moment of conception. I know, without a doubt, that abor-tion is a violent act of murder and exploitation. And I know that our responsibility is to work and pray without ceasing for its end.’

With this background, the Archbishop addresses the 2016 presidential election in the following terms. ‘Both candidates are very poor, have little credibility and have made comments that have ruffled my feathers,’ he begins. ‘The American people are fed up with politicians and the ruling class of both parties. This being so, what should Catholics do when we vote in November?’

The Democratic party platform demonstrates a ideological commitment to abortion, which must be opposed, the Archbishop points out. Democrats have declared their intention to repeal the Hyde Amendment, which restricts federal funding of domestic abortions, and the Helms Amendment, which restricts federal funding of abortions overseas. He also points out the connection to religious liberty, using as an example the long-standing battle between the U.S. government and the Little Sisters of the Poor to force the religious order’s compliance with the Affordable Care Act’s abor-tion and contraceptive provisions.

In contrast, the Republican Party platform supports the Hyde Amendment and, just this year, has strengthened its defense of life, calling for the suspension of funding for Planned Parenthood, prohibiting abortion by dismemberment and opposing assisted suicide. ‘The right to life is the most important and fundamental right because life is necessary for any other right or issue. Other issues can be discussed legitimately among Christians – such as what policies are most effective in care for the poor - but every follower of Christ must oppose at al times the inflicted direct killing of an innocent human being,’ the Archbishop states.

Trump, Christians and the Johnson Amendment(Trump will repeal the Johnson Amendment)

Most Christians sitting in the pews have never heard of the Johnson Amendment, but it is something that is affecting them greatly. However, most pastors, if not all pastors, know very well what the Johnson Amend-ment is. When President Johnson was running for the presidency, a lot of pastors were speaking out from the pulpit against him. While he was still a senator, in 1954, he got a change in the U.S. tax code which prohibited certain tax-exempt organizations from endorsing and opposing political candidates.

From that date through today, pastors have been forced to not speak about politics from the pulpit for fear of losing their tax-exempt status.

Thinking back on all of this, one might wonder how pastors such as Jesse Jackson and others can speak out in their churches and others can’t. The answer is simple. They are liberal. No one bothers them.

Pat Robertson, pastor and founder of the 700 Club, commented after Donald Trump spoke at a Pews and Pastors meeting in Orlando. He said that Donald Trump was going to change something that he had praying about getting changed for 30 years. He said he had tried, but Donald Trump was going to do it.

Donald Trump promised the pastors that he would prioritize getting this law reversed as soon as he was elected. He went on to tell them that if you take religious liberty away, then you have no liberty at all. The pastors who were interviewed after this session commented that Donald Trump was real...they believed him and knew his heart.

Donald Trump’s Pro-Israel Stand(Trump favors returning Jersalem to Israel as their capital)

September 25, 2017 Donald J. Trump met his with his friend Prime Min-ister Netanyahu. Trump agreed to military assistance and missile defense cooperation with Israel. Mr. Trump said that if he became President, there would be technological, military and intelligence cooperation between the two countries. He recognized Israel as a vital partner of the United States in the war against radical Islamic terrorism. They discussed the nuclear deal with Iran, the battle against ISIS and other security concerns. They also discussed the successful fence that Israel has put up to secure their borders and Israel’s leading role in the world for cyber defense. Mr. Trump understood Israel’s claims of Islamic terrorism, and that the Pales-tinians must stop their acts of hatred and accept Israel as a Jewish State.

Trump stated that Jersalem has been the capital of the Jewish people for over 3000 years and that Jersalem should become the capital of Israel.

Clinton says she is pro-Israel today, but in 1998 Hillary said, “I think that it will be in the long-term interest of the Middle East for Palestine to be a state, ...” in response to a question about why she had referred to “Pal-estine,” a country that does not yet exist. Her statements as First Lady indicate that she had chosen to align itself with the Palestinians and Yas-ser Arafat against the people of Israel.

Regarding Israel, Gen 12:2-3 states, “I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a bless-ing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse;and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”

The following is a message from Francis Rooney and his wife Kathleen:

Friends,As you prepare to vote in the general election, Kathleen and I want to take a moment to express our gratitude for the overwhelming support we received from our SW Florida community in the August primary, and humbly ask for your support in the November general election. There are many critical issues facing our community and nation. If elected, we will work tirelessly to address these concerns and to advance the values and principles which are most important to all of us here in SW Florida.

OUR TEAM IS COMMITTED TO:

WATER QUALITY – Work to finally obtain the Federal funding committed to us 16 years ago to clean up the Okeechobee Waterway and restore our Everglades. No local issue is more important than clean water and a healthy environment. These are bipartisan issues. I will work with the entire Florida Congressional delegation to ensure that we present a unified message in requesting this funding.

NATIONAL SECURITY – Work to secure our borders, defeat radical Islamic terrorists and rebuild our military. We must reject immigrants who can-not be properly vetted, seal off our land & sea borders and plug our leaky visa programs to assure that we know who is here and that they cannot overstay visas.

HEALTH CARE – Seek to repeal Obamacare and replace it with free market solutions and eliminate the fraud which is rampant throughout our health care system.

ECONOMIC GROWTH – Work to reduce job-killing regulations, cut taxes and to balance our budget so our country can return to 4% economic growth.

VETERANS CARE – Work to assure that our veterans receive the highest quality care available, regardless of whether by means of a VA or private facility.

CONSTITUENT SERVICES - We will provide timely and courteous assistance through offices in Collier and Lee Counties to do all possible to address your needs.

If you elect me to serve as your representative I will bring real world business experience to bear in addressing the challenges we face here in Southwest Florida and our nation.

Thank you,

Francis Rooney

Rooney on Trump“While Donald Trump’s comments about women are totally unacceptable, our country cannot afford four more years of porous borders, Obam-acare, weakness abroad, enemies who defy us, a stagnant economy, more job killing, abusive regulations and as many as three liberal Supreme Court nominees. We must support the nominee of the Republican party on November 8th, Donald Trump.”

This Page is Dedicated to Francis RooneyBefore we go further, let me put out a disclaimer that

Francis Rooney is NOT Tom Rooney and they do not have the same political beliefs.

Mr. Rooney always has and still does endorse Mr. Trump. Make sure you read Francis’ take on Mr. Trump below.
