Official Documents

From now onwards official documents related to syllabus and its policies will be uploaded on AMS.

Procedure to download syllabus from AMS is as follows.

Step 1: Create Account for Principal with the ID of DBA (In case you do not have ID of DBA, Contact IT

department APSACS Secretariat)

Step 2: Login with username and password of Principal.

Step 3: Go to Download/Upload -> Official documents

Step 4: Follow the following steps

Select CP&D from downloads

Syllabus from folder type

Select your region (Warm Region, Cold Region)

Select term type (First Term, Second Term)

Select Designation according to the role. (Principal for schools)

Click on checkbox search file and the search image

Step 5: Files will be displayed in the grid. Click on Download link. It will download file in another tab.

Downloading will take few minutes to open file, depending upon the speed of the internet.

Step 6: File will open like this. Click on the download link at the right most corner button and your file

will starts to download

Step 7: in case you are unable to download syllabus from the download button follow the following

procedure. Press the printer button.

Click on Change button.

Click on Save as PDF.

In the end click on save.

This setting will be stored and whenever you will press print button it will always display you the save

button, from here now you can simply press save button to save the file.
