ing will be held in May every year and a
special stockholders' general meeting will at
any time be convened by the president if
necessary.
Date, place and purpose to be considered
of the meeting will be decided by the Pre-
sident.

Art. 25. A resolution of stockholders' meeting
shall be adopted by a majority of the votes
of stockholders attending. In case of vote^
