Whereas the Shodoshima Potato Flour-Mill,

No. 587-8, Shimo-mura, Kusakabe-cho, Shodo-gun,

has applied for registration of preservation of

ownership of the buildings, structures, machinery,

implements, etc. belonging to the same mill for

the purpose of creating a factory foundation, any

person who has a claim over the movable pro-

perty that is to be included in the said foundation

or any creditor of se'zure, provisional seizure or

provisional disposition shall file his claim with

this Office within 32 days from the day of

publication of this notice.

The inventory of the said foundation is

available at this Office for the inspection of the

interested parties.

Notice re Amalgamation of Companies

March 28, 1949-

Notice is hereby given that at the stock-

holders' general meetings of the undermentioned

merged with Toho Hitetsu Atsuen K.K. and the

former continue to exist and the latter be dis-

may stop, by giving public notice, the re-

registration of the share certificate, record of

the right of pledge and change or cancellation

thereof, wherever required.

Art. 21- A regular stockholders' general meet-

ing will be held in May every year and a

special stockholders' general meeting will at

any time be convened by the president if

necessary.

Date, place and purpose to be considered

of the meeting will be decided by the Pre-

sident.

Art. 21-(2). Deleted.

Art. 25. A resolution of stockholders' meeting

shall be adopted by a majority of the votes

of stockholders attending. In case of vote^

being divided in equal number, its decision

will be made by the chairman.

Art. 33. The fiscal term of the company shall

be from April 1 to March 31 of the following

year.

Art. 35. The profit of the company shall be

distributed as follows:

1. Legal reserve

2. Dividend reserve

3. Optional reserve

4. Dividends and/or surplus carriei for-

ward to following term which shall be

distributed from the amount remaining

after deducting the amounts of the pre-

ceding items out of the sum of the profit

and the surplus carried from previous term.
