Offshore Pedestal-mounted Cranes (Deck Crane)We have manufactured Pedestal deck cranes, slew ring bearing mounted, with capacity ranging from 5 MT to50 MT and boom length up-to 60 meters. These cranesare completely enclosed and designed for longoperational life, low operating costs and minimummaintenance requirements. They are made to withstandthe harsh marine conditions and the subjected dynamicloading. All cranes are incorporated with various safetyfeatures viz. Hydraulic/ Electrical limit switches, SafeLoad Indicators and engine monitoring system. Thecrane operation are very operator friendly, with the cabindesigned to improve his lifting efficiency. Our deckcranes meet all the API-2C requirements and noise levelsspecified by our customers as per the specification. Ourpainting procedures and methods normally exceeds the customer specified requirements for painting. Floating Vessel Cranes

The prime mover for Floating vessel cranes can be dieselengine or electrical driven. The crane boom could either alattice boom or a knuckle / straight Box boom type. Theyare made to withstand the harsh marine conditions andthe subjected dynamic loading. All cranes areincorporated with various safety features viz. Hydraulic/electrical limit switches, Safe Load Indicators and enginemonitoring system. The crane operation are veryoperator friendly, with the cabin designed to improvelifting efficiency.

Railway Wagon Mounted CranesThe railway wagon mounted crane have a sleek design.The boom type is telescopic boom and the prime mover isdiesel engine. The boom length and capacity can be designed to customer’s requirement.

Davits & Jib CranesThe jib cranes capacity ranges from 2MT to 5 MT withfixed boom. These cranes capacity ranges from 2MT to 5MT withhydraulic or electrical drive. The crane could be eithercabin operated or with the help of remote control. The cranes seek very low maintenance and have the lowestcost of ownership. All cranes are incorporated withvarious safety features viz. Hydraulic/ electrical limitswitches, Safe Load Indicators and engine monitoring system.
