It must be recognized as the constant need to renew, revise and reinvent that which is not yet complete. Every day we see forms that are not quite living up to their full potential. This is where we step in. We took on the role of interpreter, noticing a need, foreseeing its purpose, then utilizing our resources as a manufacturer to develop and deliver products that we believe will add value and enrich lives. We have made large strides in our efforts to offer more eco-friendly products with sponsored certification. Incorporating reusable, recyclable and recycled materials into the products we manufacture is a rewarding privilege that we will continue to appreciate. It is very exciting to know that with continued persistence and directed ambition, our contributions to this world can far surpass our consumptions.

OFM, Inc. has always been at the front of the line representing value and supplying demand. 2011 marks the year that we bring some of our most ambitious new products to market.

Join us as we introduce innovation to necessity.

Innovation cannot be limited to random moments of inspiration.[ ]

When trying to consider whether to go down the path of practicality or venture into the waters of creative expression, it is safe to say that the NET series doesn’t make you choose between the two.

To say that “one size fits all” just doesn’t apply here. The NET series includes single seating in 4 base styles, beam seating in 3 lengths and glass top tables in three sizes. NET was designed to meet multiple challenges — be unique in style, durable in construction, resilient to the elements... and look good doing it.

[ ]The NET series is an intelligent participant in the “design meets function” way of thinking.

The glass table can be placed in any position on the beam

5lllll

Page 6: OFM's 2011 New Product Introductions

The NET Series is both diverse in its application and distinctive in its design. Not to be confined to a single environment, it is at home in any indoor or outdoor setting. Each piece was designed to help you make a personal statement in your space, and with 7 vibrant seating color options and 12 models to choose from, it makes the NET Series very adaptable.

[ ]Deliberately contagious — its sense of design is hard to avoid.

Often our choices don’t affect anyone other than ourselves. In the case of the NET tables, the ripple effect of our unimposing consideration for the comfort of others shows in the usefulness of a good decision.

They were designed in two sizes to accent NET seating and show that a collaboration of two individual styles can be realized as one impressive concept. There’s perfect symmetry in the way they interact. It’s been said that when you combine substance with anticipation the result is pure sensation.

Although their intention is to assume a companion role to NET seating, they somehow find a way to stand on their own. It’s probably the impres-sive clean lines of their form and the simplicity of their nature, or maybe the fact that they look so good by themselves. Either way, the smart choice to include the NET tables in your plans to redecorate can be the one that affects everyone.

[ ]There is a sense of accomplishment when you realize that you have made a good choice.

We ask ourselves this question prior to every major furniture purchase we make. Let us redirect your ambition to a most suitable resource that combines both of these needs. Uno is one simple design that meets the expectations of many. Use one or two Uno chairs to make a small statement or many to encourage a crowd.

Uno seems to evoke a confident exaggeration of emotions when you see it interact with your surroundings. Wow, beautiful, sharp, comfortable, modular, exciting... Uno will take all the adulation it has coming.

[ ]Why should I have to choose between style or comfort?

Design style and textile variety like PVC free Polyurethane, make the Uno Lounge Chair a very approachable commodity. Having creative choices with colors, textures and patterns combined with its ability to be a versatile design tool, gives Uno the chance to represent your style in a very personal way.

With all its creative influence, it still appeals to man’s basic need to just sit down.

Being responsible to the ‘idea’ is only the beginning, there are requirements to achieving a goal. You must have determination, understanding and a well defined destination in order to be successful.

The Uno Lounge Chair is a creation that was urged by confidence and directed by desire. No other single concept carried more intention. Delivering more than seating, Uno invites you to be creative and to find different ways to show off your space.

When companioned with the Profile tables, the possible configurations are endless. It’s a stand alone chair that also fits comfortably into a group.

[ ]When asked, “how did this idea come about?” the answer was easy — necessity.

[ ]Good relationships between people and their surroundings can be attributed to the furnishings they use to comfort themselves.

The simplicity of a structure can add value to the objects around them. Take the new Profile tables for instance. They have simple clean lines, recognizable shapes and a distinctive influence. When you look at their angles you immediately see how they will complement any new or existing pieces.

Enjoy the options that the Profile tables offer. There are 4 table sizes to choose from including a cocktail table, end table, lamp table and a wedge table. The 3 hi-pressure table top laminate finishes, each with a distinctive texture are accented by a solid laminate panel leg.

Unique, diverse and beautiful, how comforting they are.

Given the chance to respond with accurate emotion, the body will absorb any inconsistency in design and reflect its flaws in postural pain. Humans are good at adapting and the human body has done well to accommodate errors in judgement, although there comes a time when we have to expect relief.

The success of the Anatomy Chair will come from its awareness of the human form and its attention to the physical requests it makes. Posture, above all else, is the most important component of achievable comfort. Any profes- sional will tell you that true comfort comes from a recognized attention to detail. “We can’t function well when we are not comfortable”.

The Anatomy Chair is our response to a simple request for reassessment. We took our already successful utility stool and improved on it. Byadding a cushioned back in just the right position and a 360 degree seat height adjustment handle, we’ve made this chair adapt to your body. With inclusion in the Elements Program, it has been given a true voice and a new direction.

It’s alright to have expectations, it’s the human thing to do.

They are a stepping off place for the goals we’ve set for ourselves. But it is also the reservoir for the memories we’ve gathered over time, and when needed, we can reach back and tap into the ones that gave us the most satisfaction.

Some of our warmest and longest lasting memories are those spent with family and friends. Lunchroom conversations that led to smiles and laughter and celebrations with family that are topics for today’s dinner table.

The Retro Bench with its throwback design combined with its modern materials like a stainless steel top and durable plywood seats covered in a choice of 3 laminate colors make the Retro Bench the perfect place to reflect on the past and create new memories.

Retro Bench... revisit something new!

[ ]Most of us see our past as the building blocks to where our lives are now.

19lllll

Page 20: OFM's 2011 New Product Introductions

Function is a word that is not so well defined. We see it as pratical limits being met by insurpassable imagination.

When it’s time to gather together in the office lunchroom, the store breakroom or the local restaurant, the Retro Bench gets to prove that it can be practical, stylish and desireable all while being functional.

Make the Retro Bench your choice for group seating, it won’t let you down.

Ravaged by the rain, starved by the sun, kept captive by the cold. Weather is always an obstacle for furniture to overcome. When looking to develop a product that can withstand nature’s many challenges, we looked to materials that can stand up and give back.

The Cluster Table with its stainless steel top, steel frame and seats is by no means a light weight when comes to indoor/outdoor furniture. The Cluster Table can be personalized with your choice of 6 seat and table top color options including stainless steel.

Outdoors at the school, playground, pool or patio and indoors in the lunchroom, classroom or cafeteria are just a few of the places we see the Cluster Table taking on your challenges.

[ ]Fitting in will be easy, lasting will be effortless and looking good will be expected.

The way they seem to irresponsibly command attention leads us to believe that we have no say in the journey they take. Let’s imagine, even if it’s for the first time, that we can control them or that we can dictate their tremendous influence on another object. What would we do with this ability? Encourage confidence and extract character or expand ideas and impose variety? The possibilities are endless.

[ ]“Fun and light or bold and passive?”

OFM has found a way to harness the intention of these great dynamics and direct them into one program that allows you to assert your own energy and personal style. We’ve joined forces with two giants of the textile industry—CF Stinson and Momentum to offer you a wide selection of complimenting patterns, colors and textures and made them available on some of our best selling models. Fun and light or bold and passive, there are so many ways that the 13 patterns and 41 colors of the ‘elements’ fabric and vinyl program can help you express yourself and take back ownership of your surroundings.

Go ahead, stir up some excitement and leave your mark on today’s landscape.
