How it worksWe send you a questionnaire to identify your pain points. I willthen review your current systems and create a strategy/recommendation document which will be sent to you ahead ofour call. Then we will have a 90 minute 1:1 strategy call to discussthe document sent to you and the next steps you can take toimplement those recommendations. You will also have access to 1hour of email support following the call.

How it worksWe send you a questionnaire to identify your pain points. I willthen review your current systems and create a strategy/recommendation document which will be sent to you ahead ofour call. Then we will have a 90 minute 1:1 strategy call to discussthe document sent to you and the next steps. I will then send you an outline of all of the systems, processes,checklists etc. that I think we should create to help streamlineyour biz + help you work more efficiently. The price of thepackage will depend upon how many systems, process, workflows+ automations need to be set up + how detailed each one is. Once you are happy with the suggested outline I will draw up theprocesses, workflows etc. + add them to your chosen projectmanagement tool, CRM or anywhere else you would like to keepthem. This process will take 2 weeks. After everything has been set up + implemented, you will have 2hours of support from us via email/Slack/phone to ensure thateverything continues to run slowly or to make any tweaks thatmay be necessary.

How it worksWe work through all of the steps in the "Done for you systems"package. We record videos of how to best utilise each system,process, workflow + automation + show you how to change +update them if you need (this makes it super easy to show newteam members what to do too!) Then we'll be on hand to help you implement everything, watchthem in action, answer questions + make tweaks as needed for 6weeks after the project is completed.
