OGM launches online soft skills courses at the Petrofac Fadhli project site

OGM has commenced delivering of online eSoft skills courses commencing with “10 Soft Skills You Need”.

All courses have been tailored for Saudi trainees by OGM combining the online eSoft self learning, togetherwith face to face delivery that then workshop learnings as a group. Each course has the followingcomponents

Videos to explain each moduleCase studies and classroom activitiesQuiz to test understandingStudent handbookOnline end of course final assessment

OGM are able to produce comprehensive data of log in times, units completed and test results for allparticipants recording both time and quality of training completed by all participants.

OGM partners with Vikrant Group of Institutions

OGM partners with Vikrant Group of Institutions

OGM has signed an agreement with Vikrant Group of Institutes (VGI) to commence trade skills training andcater to the increasing demand of skilled workforce across the Construction Sector in India. VGI represents afast growing multi-disciplinary Educational Group in Central India. Established in 2007, VGI today runsseveral Educational Institutes offering higher technical education in Indore and Gwalior cities. Partnering withOGM, VGI aims to create it’s mark in the vocational training space. 

Under OGM’s guidance and supervision , VGI will commence training for two trade skills in Gwalior. OGM willbe responsible for managing ‘Train the Trainer’ programs for VGI, assisting VGI in setting up vocationaltraining labs, conduct audits on infrastructure, training systems, trainers and course delivery, develop coursecurriculum, organise and manage Industry training for candidates, provide certification and offer jobplacement services to all successful trainees.

Ensuring OGM standards of quality and integrity, independent third party audits shall also be conducted.Courses focus on 70% practical and 30% theory aiming to have the trainees work ready as graduates.  Allcourses are approved by the Construction Skill Development Council of India. OGM guarantee job placementservices to all who successfully complete the training programs through VGI.

Together with VGI, it will be our endeavour to provide real skills, gainful employment and a steady careerpathway to the youth of India.
