On behalf of the Ohio Angus Association and their Board of Directors, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the 2013 Ohio Angus Super Star Sale. As you evaluate this years offering, you will notice that the consignors having dug deep; consigning some of their very best genetics from the hearts of their programs. With the number of show winners consigned and the proven performance & profitability of the dams and sires represented, this promises to be an excellent sale that will surely please, from the commercial cattleman to purebred Angus breeders and Jr. showmen.

Whether you are looking for a proven bull, a young bull for a small herd, a show heifer, or a replacement female, this sale has what you need - with excellent EPD’s and pedigrees throughout. Make plans to be in Columbus on Friday at 10:30 a.m. for a Parade of the Entries in Cooper Arena. The sale will begin at 12:00 Noon on Saturday.

ABSENTEE BIDS:Buyers unable to attend the sale may send their bids to the Sale Manager, Auctioneer or Sale Representatives.

HEAlTH OF CATTlE:All cattle will be accompanied with proper health papers for Interstate shipment. All cattle will be negative for BVD. While not required, most bulls will have past Breeding Soundness Exams.

TRUCKING:Cattle are to be picked up from O’Neill building at conclusion of sale and no later than 5:00 p.m. Please contact sale manager if you need assistance with trucking.

pARKING:Saturday, March 16th only, special trailer parking for Ohio Beef Expo sale buyers will be available on the main part of the fairgrounds just east of the O’Neill Barn where the sale cattle are located. To access the parking area, cattle trailers should enter the fairgrounds off of 11th Avenue at the OHIO gate. This special trailer parking area is expected to fill up, so plan to arrive early. All other cattle trailers, including show and sale cattle exhibitor trailers and junior show trailers MUST park north of 17th Avenue after unloading.
