• Employers – Training Providers – Workforce Professionals brought together to discuss the current system, the following is a summary of their discussion:– No clear mission– Too many entry points and to difficult to navigate– Lack of accountability– Different performance measures by program– Desired outcome are not aligned– Funding is not flexible– Programs are not marketed – Workforce partners competing for resources– Inconsistencies in program eligibility
