Our Commitment

Unlike other member-based human capital research, benchmarking, and advisory consortia, research

participants will never pay for our Strategic and insights nor is an annual membership fee required. We do

charge a report fee for non-participating individuals and organizations however.

The Organizational Intelligence Institute is fully funded and sustains its human capital research initiatives
