I am with Kelvin Kwek our Director Strategic Projects to update the stock exchange and meet with numerous brokers as we "wait" in line to be listed. One thing we have learnt in this process is that it is not easy, not simple and never runs on time. However, we can see the light at the end of the tunnel and those of you who have remained faithful, quite and resilient will be handsomely rewarded in 2010. I am also at the start of another long international "road show", my schedule includes Frankfurt for two days, London for three days, Ghana for four days, London for one day, Toronto for two days, Houston for two days and L.A for one day…. Then back to Shenzhen 18th February. During this trip I meet brokers, bankers, shareholders in the UK, USA and leaders of the Commonwealth Heads of Government in Ghana to promote our GoodWater Emergency Filtering System and Light Alloy Steel Frame Housing/Good Fibre Panel Technologies. I will be in Houston to check on the OIG Foundation "Future Leaders Academy" and introduce the staff at the school to the foundation's council member Rev. Dr Tan Wai Choon from New York, USA. In November 2009 I introduced Frank Hall as the other foundation council member to the academy staff. 2010 has started just like 2009 ended with lots of exciting news. Our Executive Management met in Shenzhen, China together with the Board of Directors of both companies and resolved the following: OIG (UK) PLC 1. Board of Director Appointments Mr. Neville H Dobson - Executive Director - NZ Mr. Chia Lai Koong Ronald - Executive Director - SG Mr. Sean Obrien - Non Executive Director - UK Mr. Kelvin Kwek - Non Executive Director - SG I am sure you will join me in welcoming these gentlemen onto the board of directors. Their combined wealth of business and professional experience will be a great asset to the company and provide us with better human resources to tackle the year ahead. 2. Formal takeover of Oriana International Group Limited for 74% of shares on a 1:1 share swap basis 3. Appointment of Bankers, Accountants and Auditors.

Mr. Darren W Hall  Group Chairman’s News Letter 31st January 2010

Dear Shareholder(s),  I am writing this news letter from my hotel room in Frankfurt, Germany. 4. Approval of Executive Staff salaries, performance bonus and share options. Oriana International Group Limited 1. Executive Management Appointments Mr. Richard K W Yeck - President Technology Development 2. Formal takeover of GoodAire Pte and Goodwater Pte Ltd of Singapore for 74% of each company and ratification of the sale and purchase agreement for the takeover. The purchase of these companies secures the rights to the world renowned GoodAire brand and 2nd generation GoodAire revitaliser system. Additionally, we own the Elixr brand of energized water that will be market ready by the end of Q1 2010. 3. Appointment of Darren W Hall to the board of directors for both GoodAire and Goodwater. With these formalities completed, the group can now focus on the year ahead. Behind the scenes, numerous agreements have been entered into that will solidify our foundation and build on our impressive technology base. Two technologies (GoodAire Revitaliser and G-Sol) are proving to be in demand with interest shown from South Korea for one million units of each. This is a potential Euro 30.0 million (SGD 60.0m) deal and underscores our belief that 2010 will provide the group with significant revenue and profit. News 15th January 2010, GoodAire Pte Ltd signed an Exclusive Global Distribution Agreement with G P & E of Korea for the rights to G-Sol. This is a world first antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal solution from botanical extracts that has world class laboratory testing and USA FDA approval. The true value of this technology is extra-ordinary and it acts as a preventative and disinfectant for H1N1 (swine flu) SARS, Avian Flu, E-coli and a large variety of other harmful bacteria and viruses. Additionally, the products have been tested extensively over many years and have outstanding adhesion features that demonstrate the true power of this nano-technology. Laundry tests are simply outstanding and provide great opportunity for us to act fast and capture sales and profits immediately. 27th January 2010, Oriana International Group Limited signs a Formal Joint Venture Agreement for the construction of a new OIG Good Fibre Panel factory in Bangladesh. This is a Euro 3.0 million dollar (SGD 6.0m) project. The project includes the building of three demonstration low cost houses in the north west of Bangladesh, this is for a coal mining open cast project and is a preliminary requirement to securing a much larger project for 9,000 houses for phase one, with a total project of 120,000 houses. Bangladesh is a country of 150.0 million people and has a wall panel market of 90 million unit's p.a, market research indicated that there was little or no competition and that it was cost effective to make the panels in Bangladesh from locally sourced raw material. Further, there is a clear niche for our technology and we have a strong and sound partner to see this investment provide stable and consistent returns to the group. OIG is the major shareholder @ 55% and Mr. Darren W Hall, Mr. Neville H Dobson and Mr. Patrick Ho will be on the board of directors of the new company. Mr. Dobson will oversee the project and Mr. Ho will be based in Bangladesh to manage operations with our J/V partners. Also in January 2010, OIG Good Fibre Panels were sent to the PSB in Singapore for independent testing and to New Zealand for fire rating and tensile strength tests. We expect both these tests to be completed by late February 2010.

We have been approached to partner with a company's in Vietnam and in Nigeria for our OIG Good Fibre Panel Technology; these offers are being evaluated and assessed by our board of directors. Summary Our marketing team in Singapore continues to work diligently under the guidance of Mr. Ronald Chia together with Mel. Given the results to date in terms of market ready technologies, they will need to engage more human capital to do justice to the massive opportunity that lies ahead in 2010. OIG (UK) PLC is at a major turning point, formally taking over Oriana International Group Limited and launching us as a group onto the international stage. I am excited and driven to provide our stakeholders, shareholders and staff with a year we will never forget, one of bench marks and mile stones that will propel us to the next level as a publically listed company. Our board of directors has been enhanced by the appointment Mr. Sean Obrien and Mr. Kelvin Kwek, both of whom provide valued opinions and expertise to augment our team. Oriana International Group Limited has carried the burden of R & D cost with little income since its inception; however, it has laid a strong foundation for the future and continues to play a vital role in the group. This can be seen in the securing of GoodAire and GoodWater in January 2010. As a group, we have strong international interest in several of our technologies and will have our new OIG Good Fibre Panel factory in Bangladesh functional by July 2010 and selling panels by September 2010. I trust you will see that our intentions are sincere, our efforts are focused and our results are real. Yours Faithfully

Darren W Hall - Group Chairman and CEO OIG (UK) PLC
