The 2nd Annual Oil & Gas Admins International Conference and Vendor Exhibition will be

held Thursday, June 18, 2015 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention

Center in The Woodlands, TX. Building upon the theme of the 1st annual conference, the

Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center in The Woodlands, TX. The

Woodlands is a beautiful area complete with a waterway, shopping, dining and

entertainment all within walking distance of the hotel.

Abstracts and Session Information 2015 O&GA International Conference and Vendor Exhibition Sessions will be built around presentations selected from abstracts submitted by industry

professionals to fill both the career and personal development tracks.

Session Tracks

The CAREER DEVELOPMENT track will include presentations that are more technical and

oil and energy industry-related to increase the administrative professional’s knowledge of

the industry and to help her/him become more successful in the industry. Individuals that

wish to submit an abstract in this category MUST have previous oil and energy

experience.

The PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT track will include presentations to enhance the

administrative professional’s life skills that will also translate into helping him/her become

a better a more valuable asset to the oil and energy industry.

ALL abstracts should be submitted with focus and direction toward the oil and energy

administrative professional. We encourage you to keep your abstract “industry” related

and not specific to your particular company or organization.

The conference is accepting ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS for the following categories. You

may submit as many abstracts as you like for as many categories in either or both tracks.

If would like to submit an abstract for a category that is not listed below, you may

suggest the category on the abstract submission form.

Please note – to submit an abstract for the Career Development track, you MUST have

All abstracts will be reviewed by a committee of oil and energy industry professionals.

Selections will be based on:

Relevance to the audience

Relevance to the topic

Abstract construction (how well the abstract is written)

Who Should Submit an Abstract?

Abstracts should be submitted by all oil and energy industry professionals in technical

careers, current oil and energy administrative professionals, managers, HR professionals,

as well as motivational speakers, coaches, etc.

You DO NOT have to be a professional speaker or have prior speaking experience to

submit an abstract for the conference.

ALL EXHIBITOR REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 12, 2015 or until the exhibitor

booths are filled (which ever date comes first). There are a limited number of exhibitor

booths, and space is not guaranteed. All exhibitors will be notified of final application

acceptance. Event organizers will determine exhibitor booth locations.

letter of invitation, the conference organizers must have some assurance that you intend

to attend the conference if your travel request is granted. Letters will be issued to those

meeting any ONE of the following criteria:

You are scheduled to present at the conference

You have completed and paid for your conference registration fees

If you require a letter of invitation to attend the conference, please email (indicate

“invitation letter” in subject line) the following information to

The full address that should appear on the letter

The name and title of the person to whom the letter should be addressed

Whether you prefer that the letter be mailed or faxed (and provide a fax number if

Letters of invitation will be faxed or mailed via the United States Postal Service using

standard international delivery. Due to the costs involved, Oil & Gas Admins International

Conference and Vendor Exhibition coordinators cannot send letters of invitation via

express mail services. We strongly encourage you to make your request at the earliest
