The subsidiary ex China of Energy Products Industry Group with 25 years of
existence becomes TEI Europe Industry since the year 2001, following the
restructuring of Energy Products Industry Group (EPI USA group) and its 38
subsidiaries founded in 1975 by its partners with the Group of a portfolio over 35
years of experience in the industry, engineering, and technology of information for
public transport.
The ex-Group becomes a Group of independent companies from the dissolution of
all of the shares of the group; the new group has over 1300 employees present on
04 continents and work all in collaboration and partnership in intranet on the same
business model of the group.

TEI will make arrangements to purchase the product and deliver it to our clients. We do not have
tanks; we don’t store petroleum for sale. We simply buy and resell the products we find a demand
for. We are honest, professional, and will tell you the truth on a contract or product as we have it.
We do not shop your contracts or ICPO’s; before we provide an offer to you we have the product
arranged and ready to be lifted.

TEI Europe Industry is engaged in the wholesale purchase and distribution of finished petroleum
products, both domestically, and internationally. We earn profits by selling products at
competitive prices with timely delivery to transportation and airline companies, sovereign
countries, and various other buyers. As a licensed reseller we are in the position of providing
proof of funds to purchase refine petroleum product or crude oil directly from refineries and
resell to our end customers, providing a concierge level service where neither having contact or
negotiations with the other. Outside of our regular private contracted customers we strive to
identify real purchases of petroleum products.
We find allocations of product that match the buyer’s needs, purchase them, and in turn, resell
them to our clients as Glencore, Trafigura, Vitol,Gunvor,Vermilion Group, Fleurettes Group, Ina-
Mol, Cepsa, Saras, Petroplus, Tamoil. Our focus is primarily structured around the procurement
and resale of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products which includes:
