OIS has created “Companies to Watch” program to cover a broader array of innovation in ophthalmology so that more companies can share their stories on and off stage. Participating companies will be recorded separately from those on stage during OIS. The video presentations will then be delivered to theOIS community via our digital media channels and direct distribution through the “Eye on Innovation” newsletter.

This “2017 OIS Companies to Watch” Agreement with Healthegy goes into effect upon receipt of signed proposal.

1. Once the contract is signed, it is a binding agreement. After payment is received, there are to be no refunds following the execution of this agreement. In the event of any unforeseen situation that would prevent the company from being recorded a credit will be issued at the discretion of Healthegy which must be utilized within a ten-month period from the cancelled event.

2. The Company grants Healthegy a non-exclusive license to use company presentation and video in any manner deemed appropriate including, but not limited to, the reproduction, distribution, creation of derivative works, and display on the internet. Healthegy maintains the right to use name, biographical information, photograph, audio, or video presentations, including all materials prepared or provided by Company, for the purposes of keeping good records, to promote and publicize Company, and to make archives available in all forms of media.

3. A Checklist will be sent by Healthegy following receipt of the signed contract. All items must be submitted in accordance with deadline notifications to ensure maximum benefits. A separate registration link and unique code will be provided for representatives using the complimentary registrations. All representatives must be registered upon receiving the link and code.
