Take a direct flight to Okinawa (approx. 5 hrs) by SilkAir. Upon arrival at Naha Airport in the afternoon, coach transfer will be provided to your hotel in Central Okinawa Island. Central Okinawa is well-known as the access gateway to Northern Okinawa and its beautiful beaches and capes. You will be staying 2 nights in an Oceanview room at a resort, a perfect start for your holiday. After hotel check-in, Free at leisure.

This culturally based theme park let you experience almost all the important aspects of Okinawa culture along with many more cool things all in one fun filled place. Old Okinawan houses are great spot for pictures, and you may witness traditional folk dances if timing matches. Take a walk (890m) of Gyokusendo, mysterious five-kilometre-long underground cavern formed 300,000 years ago. Move on to experience ‘Shisa’ painting. After Okinawan lunch in Okinawa World, we will next head to Shuri Castle park. Thereafter, proceed to Kokusai Street, which is also known as “The Miracle Miles”. Walk along the street and you will find department stores for shopping or cute Shisa souvenirs to bring back home. Continue to Makishi Public Market. It is Naha’s central produce, meat, fish and general merchandise market. After having a dinner at local restaurant in Kokusai Street, you are free to explore the area.

This morning, proceed to Kouri Island, a beautiful island north of Nago. After lunch at local restaurant (Japanese Set), proceed to Yomitan Village. Village is known for its rich nature, best sunset viewing spots and traditional artisans among locals. Experience warmth and hospitality of Okinawan people through Minpaku or homestay with local family. Local family will guide you for local and cultural experience and best places where only local people knows. Look forward to their home-made dishes for dinner.

Having a priceless memory, you will have lunch at local restaurant (Ryukyu Cuisine), visit Katsuren Castle Ruin. Designat-ed a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000, it was built in the late 15th century to protect against attacks from the neighboring lord. Continue your journey to Kaichu Doro. The 4.75km long road that connects Yokatsu peninusla to the Henza island. The longest in the Far East region. After enjoy the beautiful scenery along the road, visit Nuchimasu Sea Salt Factory. Nuchi-masu is without a doubt one of the most popular salt in Japan and it was registered in the Guinness World Records in 2000 for its significant mineral content. It is also the only castle that has been restored to its full former glory after the Battle of Okinawa. Continue your journey to Awamori Factory. Awamori is an alcoholic beverage indigenous to and unique to Okinawa, Japan. It is made from long grain indica rice, and is not a direct product of brewing (like sake) but of distillation (like shōchū).After lunch at local restaurant, proceed to Naha Seafood Market. It is Naha’s central produce, meat, fish and general merchandisemarket and an excellent place for you to go to learn about everyday life of Okinawa. After having a dinner at local restaurant in Kokusai Street, you are free to explore the area. Great chance to buy your souvenirs and favourite Japanese products here.
