The vision of co-developers Giammarco Vela and John C. Pentz, Olamar is now coming to fruition. A native of Naples, Italy, Mr. Vela spent

12 years in London working in the financial sector, serving as Vice President of Morgan Stanley and five years as the executive director for

Lehman Brothers. He is also the owner of Sunset da Mona Lisa, a landmark Cabo restaurant located on the hillside overlooking Olamar.

Mr. Pentz, whose primary offices are in Southern California, is the lead development partner responsible for Olamar’s overall project

management. He brings extensive knowledge of Mexico’s real estate market, having developed area shopping centers and residential

projects. He has several projects currently in development or entitlement in Los Cabos, Mazatlan, Culiacan, Guaymas and La Paz.
