COW FURThis is the fun part! To begin, mix water with Black. Us-ing the Filbert Brush, load with watery black. Practice on paper or something before going to surface. See close up photos.

Use wispy light strokes, brushing in both direct-ions. Stroke over the ears, but leave some of the pink showing. Then paint the whole cow with Black fi rst. Let dry. Now using a clean fi lbert brush, mix water with Light Buttermilk. See photos for white areas. Do the same strokes, long and wispy. Then add White to highlight. Let dry.

Paint the eyes with Black. Using the liner brush and White, paint the eye lashes and details in the eyes. If you want, you can add more Black or White strokes to the cow to highlight some of the fur. Using the angular brush, loaded with Black and fl oat the nostrils. Let dry. Highlight with White.

Dip the old fan brush into water. Blot out on paper towel. Mix with Black. Tap the brush on the handle of an-other brush to remove any blobs over your trash can. Then lightly tap over surface to spatter. Let dry.
