Hollow fi ber fi lters present unique challenges for bonding and sealing. The sealant materials must adhere well without distorting or tearing the fi bers and must exhibit low exotherm to avoid heat damage.
Our epoxy and polyurethane resin systems provide a reliable seal for hollow fi ber fi lters and they are formulated for optimum processability including ease of mixing, controlled rheology, fast room temperature cure and good trimmability.

low energy substrates. Easy to trim. Very low exotherm. United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Class VI compliant.
• CONAP® AD-7410 – Resistant to hot oils, solvents and chemicals.
• CONAP® AD-6450 – Exhibits excellent heat and chemical resistance normally expected from epoxy systems. The faster curing time improves production efficiency and allows elements to be trimmed faster.
• CONAP® AD-6451 – Exhibits excellent heat and chemical resistance normally expected from epoxy systems. The low viscosity and exotherm allow the adhesive to wet out membranes effectively and permit large parts to be cast.
We can customize existing formulations to specific user requirements or formulate unique compounds that address your precise needs.
