La société « LES HUILERIES DE MEKNES » est un acteur industriel majeur au Maroc, spé-cialisé dans les produits de l’olive depuis 1945, non seulement dans le secteur agro-ali-mentaire mais également dans celui de l’oléo chimie.

Elle est la seule entreprise située dans les pays du Maghreb à posséder un atelier de scis-sion et de distillation d’acides gras, produit de base pour tout le secteur de la chimie verte, d’une capacité annuelle de 15 000 tonnes.La principale production est l’acide gras d’olive distillé.La société « LES HUILERIES DE MEKNES » commercialise en direct ces acides gras. Elle les valorise également sous différentes formes, en particulier en produisant des émulsi-fiants cosmétiques, des savons potassiques et sodiques.

Les émulsifiants sont produits par estérification avec des polyols d’origine végétale. Les émulsifiants obtenus sont donc certifiés ECOCERT et COSMOS.D’autres émulsifiants, toujours à base d’acide gras d’olive sont produits par réaction avec du polyéthylène glycol PEG.

La réaction chimique est réalisée à une température raisonnable sans solvant organique et sans catalyseur agressif ; la partie végétale est donc totalement respectée tout au long du procédé de fabrication.

En fonction de la HLB de l’émulsifiant, on pourra réaliser des émulsions huile dans eau O/W ou eau dans l’huile W/O. Les produits de base sont mélangés en différentes propor-tions pour donner des émulsifiants NATURA qui pourront s’adapter à la HLB de la ma-tière grasse utilisée pour formuler des crèmes ou des lotions.

Les émulsifiants NATURA peuvent également être utilisés comme co-émulsifiants pour apporter leur spécificité au produit final recherché. Ils peuvent également entrer dans la formulation de gels, de shampoings, de savons liquides, de savons solides et autres pro-duits cosmétiques.

The company "LES HUILERIES DE MEKNES" is a major industrial player in Morocco, spe-cialized in olive products since 1945, not only in the agro-food sector but also in the oleo-chemical sector.

It is the only company located in the Maghreb countries to own a workshop for the splee-ting and distillation of fatty acids, a basic product for the entire green chemistry sector, with an annual capacity of 15,000 tons.The main production is distilled olive fatty acid.The company "LES HUILERIES DE MEKNES" sells these fatty acids directly. It also pro-motes them in various forms, in particular by producing cosmetic emulsifiers.

The emulsifiers are produced by esterification with polyols of vegetable origin. The emulsi-fiers obtained are therefore certified ECOCERT and COSMOS.Other emulsifiers, always based on olive fatty acid, are produced by reaction with polyethylene glycol PEG.

The chemical reaction is carried out at a reasonable temperature without organic solvent and without aggressive catalyst; The vegetal part is therefore fully respected throughout the manufacturing process.

Depending on the HLB of the emulsifier, it is possible to produce oil-in-water emulsions O / W or water in oil W / O. The basic products are blended in different proportions to give NATURA emulsifiers that can adapt to the HLB of the fat used to formulate creams or lotions.

The emulsifiers NATURA can also be used as co-emulsifiers to bring their specificity to the final product sought. They can also enter the formulation of gels, shampoos, liquid soaps, solid soaps and other cosmetic products.

« LES HUILERIES DE MEKNES » distribuent en direct les acides gras distillés.

Les acides gras d’olive distillés sont purs à 99,5% minimum avec une couleur jaune très pâle quand liquides, blanche quand solidifiés. Riches en oméga 9, ils peuvent être utilisés avantagement dans les produits cosmétiques, les savons liquides corpo-rels ou de ménage, les savons barre et toute autre industrie

The distilled olive fatty acids are 99.5% pure minimum with a very pale yellow color when liquid, white when solidified. Rich in omega 9, they can be used advancement in cosmetics, body or household liquid soaps, bar soaps and any other industry.
