Here follow parameters shown on the screen:

    Vacuum ( Vuoto )

Shows vacuum degree (in Mbar) to be reached.

Progressive Vacuum ( Vuoto progress )

The progressive vacuum function (in Mbar) reduces the vacuum degree inside the chamber. From positionB, press key ( ON ) to enable or key ( OFF ) to disable this function. It is suggested to use this function to vacuum-pack pasty (viscous) products for which it is necessary acontrolled vacuum, in order to prevent air bubbles.

    t.on / t.off

Set-up parameters of the Progressive Vacuum function: respectively run and stop time of the vacuum pump, expressed in seconds.

    Gas

From position C, it is possible to enable ( ON ) or disable ( OFF ) the Gas function for which it is injected inertgas inside the chamber, at a given temperature in mBar, provided that it is higher than the vacuum value.

    t.vacuum ( t.vuoto )

Shows the vacuum settlement time, expressed in seconds.

    Pressure ( Pressione )

Shows the pressure reading value inside the chamber, expressed in mBar.

Press ( ), ( position E ) to access the second page of the sub-menu that follows here below:

    FIG.12

    Pre-heating ( Preriscaldo )

Sets the pre-heating temperature of the sealing bar, expressed in centigrade degrees.

    Sealing ( Saldatura )

Sets the sealing temperature, expressed in centigrade degrees.

    Sealing ( Saldatura )

Sets the time necessary for the sealing, expressed in seconds. In case this parameter is set on 0 sec., the sealing is disabled.

    Temperature ( Temperatura )

Shows the sealing bar temperature in centigrade degrees; it is just a read-only value, cannot be changed.

To come back to previous page of the sub-menu, press ( ), ( position G ).

All the parameters shown in the rectangle can be manually changed.Press any of them and the keyboard shown in FIG.13 will appear, where parameters can be changed.Press Ent, ( position H ) to confirm manual setting.

During machine inspection or control on behalf of the operator, swift from automatic to manual mode bypressing corresponding key ( position I ).Press EMERGENCY RESET ( RESET EMERGENZE ).The operator will be then in a position to control:

Vacuum pump ( Pompa vuoto )

Press key ( position J ), ON mode, to start vacuum pump.

Outdoor solenoid valve ( Ev Ambiente )

Press key ( position K ), ON mode, to start solenoid valve between outdoor and vacuum chamber.

    Pistons ( Pistoni )

To check pistons, the area inside the chamber has to be visible.Press key ( position L ), ON mode, to start the positioning pistons of the sealing bar.

Vacuum solenoid valve ( Ev Vuoto )

Press key ( position N ), ON mode, to start the vacuum solenoid valve.

Gas so lenoid valve ( Ev Gas )

Press key ( position O ), ON mode, to start the solenoid valve for the inert gas injection.

    Preheating ( Preriscaldo )

Press key ( position P ), ON mode, to start pre-heating of the sealing bar. The operator can control thepreheating operation by monitoring position M ( FIG.17, page 14 ).

    Sealing ( Saldatura )

Press key ( position Q ), ON mode, to start sealing.Just like for pre-heating, the operator has to monitor the sealing bar temperature increase from position M (FIG.17, page 14 ).

Press key F4 ( Packs Service - Pacchi Service ) to see:

    FIG.18

From position ( R ) it is possible to set the number of bags to be packed. The number shown in position ( S ) shows the quantity in ascending order of the packed bags; it is a read-only data.Once reached the pre-set quantity of packed bags, a message of End of production will appear on the main

display, in position ( Y ), as per FIG. 19.Press Reset, ( position T ) to reset the value in position ( S ).The read-only number shown in position ( U ) shows the number of the hours that the vacuum pump hasbeen working.
