OMAH Special Quartet was formed at the end of 2005. This powerhouse, swinging jazz quartet is made up of four young musicians; Chanutr Techatananan (drums), Pisut Pratheepasena (tenor and soprano saxes), Pongsiri Khajornwaekin (Guitar), and Pornchart Viriyapark (Acoustic bass)

OMAH Special Quartet plays music that is dedicated to honoring the legacy of many jazz greats such as Pat Metheny, Michael Brecker, HerbieHancock, and Dave Holland. The group also performs original compositions and arrangements written by the individual band members which serves to gives the band a unique direction.

OMAH Special Quartet is carrying on the tradition of many of the great jazz bands; communicating with music lovers of all generations, striving for excellence, and playing non-compromising, burning, straight-ahead jazz.
