TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The enrolled students must follow the following terms & conditions of ENGINEERS SUCCESS without any

exceptions, failing which strict disciplinary & legal action will be taken including expulsion from the

institute.

1. Fee Payment:

• Students need to pay the amount as mentioned in brochure/website at the time of admission only.

• Students can pay the fees through Cash , Cheque ,online mode or in the form of Demand Draft.

• ThosestudentswhohaveoptedforInstallmentPaymentSchemearesubjectedtopaytheinstallmentcharges,decidedbythemanagementtimetotime.

Note: Fees payment through cheque is acceptable.

2. Refund of fee or Replacement : (Applicable only for Classroom Study Course)

Incaseifastudentisnotabletocontinuetheclassesduetosomeunavoidablereasons,ENGINEERS SUCCESS willprovidetwoalternativestosuchcandidates:

• Studentcanavailthefeesrefundfacilitywithinfirst5daysofthecommencementofeitherbatchorcourse.FeeswillberefundedafterdeductinginitialprocessingandadmissionchargesofRs.5000/-.Refundamountwillbepaidthroughaccountpayeechequeonly,whichwillbeinthenameofcandidate.

• Thestudentcanreplacetheseatwithanotherstudentwithinthe1stthreemonthsofthecommencementofeitherbatchorcourse.ThestudentwhoreplacestheseatshouldnotbepresentstudentofENGINEERS SUCCESS andwillnotbeofferedanyback-upclassesorstudymaterial.TheamountofRs.5000/-willbechargedasreplacementprocessingfee.

• Refundrequestsmadeverbally,overtelephones,e-mailsorbyfaxwillnotbevalidoraccepted.• Submittherefundandorreplacementapplicationinpersontothecoordinatorintheadmissionoffice.Onlythestudentorparentscansubmit“FeeRefund“application.Pleasenotethat,wewillnotaccepttheFeeRefundapplicationsfromanyotherperson/relative/friend.

• Thepolicyoffeerefundorseatreplacementisstrictlyaccordingtotheabovementionedtermsandisnotnegotiableunderanycircumstances.AnyrefundoffeeorseatreplacementreceivedwithoutproperdocumentslikeID-card(ifissued),feereceipt&writtenapplicationaftertheexpiryofapplicableperiodwillnotbeprocessedorentertained.

• Refundforonlineadmittedcandidateswillbedonethroughonlinepaymentgatewayonlytothesamebankingaccount.

3. ID Card :

• EachstudentwillbeissuedanIDcardaftertheRegistration.Theentryofthestudentintoclasses,premiseswillbeallowedonlywithIDcard.Forattendingtheclasses,studentsarerequestedtocollecttheirIDcardsfromadmissiondepartmentbeforecommencementofthebatch.

• Students not carrying ENGINEERS SUCCESS’S ID card, shall not be permitted to attend the classes under any circumstances.

• IftheIDcardorfeereceiptofthestudentislostormisplacedthennoduplicateIDcardorfeereceiptwillbeissuedtothestudent.• Identitycardmustbe retainedby thestudentswith fullcautionandsafety. It isavery importantdocumentandaproofofyourassociationwithENGINEERS SUCCESS There-

issuingoftheidentitycardwilldependonthediscretionofthemanagement,consideringthecircumstancesinwhichtheIDcardwaslost.Management’sdecisionregardingthe

re-issuewillbefinalandabiding.Ifthemanagementdecidestore-issuetheDuplicateIDCard,thestudentwillhavetosubmitacopyofFIRwithanamountofRs.250/-andone

recentpassportsizephotograph.

4. Change of Batch /Centre :

• Thebatchorcentre,onceallottedatthetimeofadmission,willnotbechanged.Hence,studentsareadvisedtodiscussbatchtimings,batchcommencementdates,venueandotherdetailswithourcounselorsandaccordinglyjoinsuitablebatchesaspertheconvenience.

• Batcheswillnotbechangedfromregulartoweekendorviceversa.• StudentsenrolledunderclassroomcourseswillnotbetransferredorshiftedtoPostalStudyCourseoranyotherprogram.• Collegegoing/workingcandidatesareadvisedtojoinMorning ,Evening & weekendbatches,as per the convinent to the candidate asnobatchchangewillbepermittedlater.

5. Study Material :

• Study material willbedistributedtoallthestudentsexceptex-ENGINEERS SUCCESS studentavailingconcession.Studentsmustcollecttheirstudymaterialasandwhenthe

announcementsaremade.Aftertheduedates,ENGINEERS SUCCESS willnotberesponsibleforanyissuerelatedtostudymaterial.

• StudymaterialwillbeissuedattherespectivecenterofcandidateonlyaftershowingtheIDcard&entryofstudymaterials.• StudymaterialisprovidedfortheuseofcandidateswhoareenrolledwithENGINEERS SUCCESS anditmustnotbesoldortransferredtoothercandidates,underanycircumstances.

6. Absenteeism :

• Students must attend the classes andTest Series regularly in their assigned batches and as per the scheduled time table only. Students will be solely responsible for theirabsenteeism from classes/Test series. In case of absenteeism, permission to attend missed classes, in other batches, is subjected to the discretion of management

andavailabilityofseats,anditisnotmandatoryforinstitutetoprovidebackupofmissedclasses.

• IncaseofabsenceinTestSeries,noseparatequestionpaperswillbeissuedtothestudents.7. General Instructions:

• Studentsareadvisedtoadheretoadequatedisciplineandsinceritywithinthepremisesof ENGINEERS SUCCESS,IfanyoneisfoundguiltyofmisbehavingwithENGINEESSUCCESS staff orclassmates,fighting,damagingpropertyoranyotherillegalactivity,willbecompletelydebarredfromattendingtheclassesandstrictlegalactionswillbetaken againsthim/her.

• Batchvenueandtimingsaresubjectedtoperiodicchangesaspertheavailabilityoffacultiesandclassrooms.• ENGINEERS SUCCESS reservestherighttomakeanyalterationsinitsprograms/fees/faculty/venueofclasseswithoutanypriornoticetoanybody.However,allsuchchangeswillbewell-notifiedtothestudents.ThedecisionofENGINEERS SUCCESS shallbefinalandabiding.

• If there is any change in the syllabus during the course of the program, the institute will make all the possible efforts to cover the revised syllabus. However it is notmandatory binding upon the institute.
