Thus from its inception, the Faculty Development Committee of the PEU had organized eight Faculty Development Workshops focusing on Teaching, learning assessments and research. About the CEP

This integrated Continuing Pharmacy Program is

aimed at escalating the understanding of the faculty on

the strategies involved in effective execution of the new

B. Pharm Curriculum. The program also intends to

provide opportunities for the teachers to acquaint

themselves with recent developments in teaching and

learning methods; to enhance their knowledge and

skills on the principles of evaluation and question paper

setting for the undergraduate curriculum. The focus of

this CEP also extends towards emphasizing the role of

a faculty in bridging academia and industry through

research, strengthening the skills of the faculty for

effective mentor-mentee dynamics and provide

assistance on their overall personality development.
