A Mole Drain with ca-pacity to Back Fill using litag or 1/8” clean pea gravel up to the surface. Works down to 9” below the surface. Fill can be controlled by lever on the back of the machine. Prices. Prices quoted in the price list are correct at the time of going to press. Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of despatch, however Boyd Golf reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.

Value Added Tax. All prices and carriage are exclusive of VAT.

Settlement. Payment for account holders is Strictly Nett within 28 days from date of invoice. Interest will be charged on outstanding accounts at 2% above current bank rates, for non account holders payments are cheque with order.

Cancellations. Returned goods will only be accepted at Boyd Golf’s discretion and are subject to a 25% handling charge.

Carriage. All transit risks other than those covered by the carriers normal terms and conditions of business are the responsibility of the purchaser. Specific delivery times on day of delivery are not possible, insurance may be arranged on request.

Goods. Non delivery must be informed within 5 days of receipt of invoice and con-firmed in writing, otherwise no responsibility can be accepted. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 3 days of delivery. Claims notified after this period will not be accepted.

Limited Warranty. Boyd Golf warrants its products to be free from defect in materials and workmanship within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Boyd Golf’s sole responsibility under this warranty shall be to repair, replace or refund to its distributor the price of the defective product or component. All such repairs, refunds and replace-ments are subject to such rules, terms and conditions as Boyd Golf may promulgate from time to time.

Disclaimer to Other Warranties. The foregoing limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Boyd Golf be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages of any nature whatsoever.

Title of Goods. Title of the goods remains with Boyd Golf until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to reposes any product unpaid with any costs (including all legal expenses) incurred passed to the buyer.

Continuous Improvements. Boyd Golf have a policy of continual improvement, therefore the specifications of products may alter at any time without prior notice. The precise specification on any product will always be given, if requested, on application.
