This is a co-ed team; no race experience necessary, just a willingness to push yourself and ride hard on local trails. Practice starts this week, Tuesday and Thursday or Friday with dry-land in the weight room after school. On trail practice should begin next week. Students need their own Mountain Bike (working brakes and gears, knobby tires) and a helmet. Questions? See Mr. Masterson or Mr. Schoenhardt. [email protected] A Message from the KCSS Outdoor Education Class KCSS Outdoor Ed Class is keenly looking forward to spring weather as they leave the gym and paddle making and begin to prepare for their summative Algonquin Park Canoe trip. The class worked on GPS and navigation skills last week and most students are nearing completion of paddle making. Next week a practice camp out followed by canoe skills instruction.
