5 Drive Systems

The superior frame and suspension design of the SpraCoupe 7000 Series are engineered to take the bounce out of ridges and depressions, and provide a more stable platform for applications. Less bounce and more flex make the overall ride smoother for you and result in less stress on the machine, while constant wheel-to-ground contact maximizes traction and pulling power.

A SMOOTH RIDE FROM THE GROuND uP

SUSPENSION MAKES HANDLING A BREEzE

To keep both front wheels on the ground for better traction and handling, we use a rigid-mounted front axle with independent strut and linear-rate suspension springs fully incorporated into the flex-frame design.

Built directly into the wheel leg and chaincase assembly is the independent “knee-action” rear suspension. This suspension uses nitrogen-charged accumulators with hydraulic cylinders that function as springs with hydraulic shocks. This helps provide an industry-leading boom ride and enhances your comfort while on pocked and uneven terrain.

FLEx-FRAME DESIGN KEEPS TIRES ON THE GROUND

A single “C” channel, bolted flex-frame design keeps all four wheels in contact with the ground, even in rough conditions. Less bounce and more flex make the overall ride smoother and produce less stress on the equipment.

7 Frame & Suspension

THE CAb PACkAGEClimb into SpraCoupe’s cab and the first thing you’ll notice is the unobstructed visibility in all directions. Large front and side windows along with a sloping hood profile give you clear operating views whether you’re in the field or on the road. The six-post cab design provides you with open sight lines to the front tires, uninterrupted views of each boom while spraying and it simplifies backing and turning in tight quarters.

Notice, too, the cab’s ergonomics: Quiet operation, an air filtration system, air conditioning and a clean, clutter-free cockpit. A centered seat, adjustable steering column and logically arranged instrumentation simplify your job and reduce fatigue.

CAB INTERIOR

The cab’s spacious design gives you plenty of room to move around, yet the controls are at your fingertips so you won’t have to take your eyes off the work going on outside. Positive air pressure helps keep dirt, dust and spray products out of the cab and away from you. The combination of primary particle and activated charcoal inlet filters with an odor-reducing circulation filter provides constantly refreshed air that is as clean as possible.

The air ride seat has an adjustable left armrest, fore-aft adjustment, back tilt and lumbar adjustment. A dampened isolator absorbs fore and aft shock.

ARMREST CONSOLE

Located at the right side of the seat, the armrest console holds all of the functions you need for field operation, including boom and nozzle control, axle control, the ignition switch, gear indicator, joystick control handle and

more. The console floats with seat movement and is completely adjustable.

ERGONOMIC JOYSTICK

The joystick lets you stay focused on the job with fingertip precision and ease. It features three-position transmission engagement and color-coded operation that includes these functions:

LADDER

The electro-hydraulic entry ladder makes it easy to get in and out of the cab. Release the parking brake and the ladder automatically retracts up and out of the way — or when you’re ready to take a break, just set the parking brake and the ladder lowers into place.

SEMI-ACTIVE SEAT OPTION

An optional, semi-active seat makes the going even better with three firmness settings, adjustable headrest and armrest, swivel options, lumbar adjustment and heated cushions.

POLY PRODUCT TANK

The 725-gallon (2744 L) poly tank has an integralsightgauge,an18-inch(45.7cm) manhole, a 360-degree rotating tank rinse and two sweep agitators to keep crop protection products in optimal suspension. In-cab switching allows on-the-go agitation control for complete drawdown of product from the tank.

STAINLESS STEEL TANK OPTION

Theoptional660-gallon(2498L)stainless steel tank is impervious to even the harshest chemicals, and eliminates

product stains and discoloration. It has a tube site gauge, 360-degree rotating tank rinse and full-length agitation tube with 11 agitation points.

RINSE TANK

The 7000 Series makes end-of-day cleanout and product switching tasks convenient and easy. The 65-gallon rinse tank provides adequate supply for a quick and clean tank rinse and system flush.

PRECISION DELIVERY

The RavenTMSCS 5000 gives you complete control so you can monitor ground speed and spray volume to precisely deliver product across the boom, regardless of vehicle speed or gear selection.*

ADJUSTABLE OUTPUT

Application performance begins with a powerful, finely tuned, adjustable rate. The SpraCoupe 7000 Series uses a Hypro® 9303 centrifugal hydraulically driven pump that can handle a variety of liquid products including water, herbicides, pesticides, wettable powders, emulsions and liquid fertilizers.

RELOAD STATION

The easily accessible reload station lets you control pump and engine rpm from the ground to keep reload time to a minimum.

CHEMICAL EDUCTOR OPTION

The optional poly eductor lets you load product from the ground faster and more effectively with less risk of product spills.

PHOENIx 200/300The Phoenix 200 is an economical, high-performance sub-meter receiver capable of using two differential correction solutions. With optional e-Dif, achieve GPS accuracies of a few feet without a differential signal broadcast.

The Phoenix 300 is a WAAS CDGPS- and OmniSTAR VBS-capable receiver that can be upgraded to an OmniSTAR XP and HP unit (requires subscription service). Sub-meter and decimeter correction, simulated radar output and auto restart mode.
