Using Shopify is easy! With this Getting Started Guide, you will be on your way to selling your first product in
no time. Here, you will learn how to login to Shopify for the first time, recover your Shopify account
credentials, where to learn more about managing your shop and managing users on Shopify.

2. Using Shopify
2.1. First Time Login
After subscribing to Shopify on myBusiness, you will receive an email from [email protected] with
your Shopify account login credentials. You may use these credentials to login to your account at
www.shopify.com.sg/login or at your shop admin page (e.g. <shopname>.myshopify.com/admin).

Shopify on myBusiness 2.2. Account Recovery
If you forgot your Shopify password, Shopify shop address or Shopify login email, you can recover them easily from myBusiness portal.
Step 1: Login to your myBusiness portal here.
Step 2: Click on SaaS Apps > Dashboard
Step 3: Click on Manage App for the Shopify App

Shopify on myBusiness Step 4: Click on Manage Users (TBC) Step 5: You will receive an email to your myBusiness contact email with your Shopify shop address,
Shopify login email and Shopify password. For security, we will randomize a Shopify password for you.
You can login to Shopify and change your password by following the steps found here.

3. User Management
3.1. Creating Users
To add staff users to your Shopify store, you must be logged in as the account owner, as only he or she has access to the necessary section of your shop admin.
1. From your Shopify shop admin, go to Settings > Account pages.
2. On the Account page, scroll down to the Staff members section.
3. Press the Add a staff member button. A new window will appear.
4. Enter a first name, last name and email address for the new staff member. An email invitation to create an account will be sent to the new staff member.

Once a staff member has been added, you can set or change the features that they have access to.
1. From your Shopify shop admin, go to Settings > Account pages.
2. On the Account page, scroll down to the Staff members section.
3. Click on the staff member’s name to expand for more information.
4. You can click the checkbox next to Limit admin access to particular sections. When initially
checked, the staff member will not have access to any sections

5. Click on the sections that you would like the staff member to have access to. If you choose to
not give a staff member access to Apps, they’ll still be able to use installed apps but they will not
be able to install or remove new apps your shop admin.
6. Click Save.

To remove staff users to your Shopify store, you must be logged in as the account owner, as only he or she has access to the necessary section of your shop admin.
1. From your Shopify shop admin, go to Settings > Account pages.
2. On the Account page, scroll down to the Staff members section.
3. Click on the trash can icon next to the staff member you want to remove.
