important information about the future direction of the PortPlus

business, now part of Onthehouse Holdings (Onthehouse).

Onthehouse acquired both the Console business and the PortPlus

business on 27 May 2011 and has a strategic ownership interest in

Residex. Onthehouse listed on the Australian Securities

Exchange (ASX) under the code OTH on 3 June 2011. This

was a significant milestone in the history of all involved

businesses.

listings and comparative property reports. Onthehouse’s

strategic investment in Residex facilitates use of its data

and valuation technology which is recognised as market

leading by some of Australias leading financial institutions.
