1. Go to your calendar or to your email invitation for the meeting and click the join hangout link.

2. Allow Google Hangouts Meet to use your camera and microphone.

3. Ask to join the Hangout Meet.

4. Allow access to your camera and microphone by clicking the icons. Each button will be red when turned off and gray when on.

1. Download Google Hangouts from the App Store

2. Open the app and select ‘Get Started’

3. Select ‘Add account’ and log in with your email address4. Your contacts list will automatically populate the page5. Select the hamburger icon in the top left corner

6. Your invitations will be sent to this folder. At the allotted class time select the invitation and join by selecting ‘join’.Note: You will need to grant access to your microphone and camera in order to be seen/heard.

1. Open your hangout invitation through your email or calendar and click the Video Call link.

2. Allow the link to open in a browser or the Hangouts app.

3. Turn on your camera and microphone with the two buttons on your screen. Click join meeting.
