INDIAN GASTROINTESTINALCANCERS SYMPOSIUM 20207TH-8TH & 28TH-29TH AUGUST, 2020
Dear Colleagues,The Indian Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium 2020 was conceived with an idea to form our national review meet to discuss noteworthy publications and practice-changing trends. Hence the theme of this academia is “Understanding, Integrating & Accelerating Personalized Care” for patients across multiple types of gastrointestinal cancers. This meeting will be held in two batches on 7th and 8th August and 28th and 29th August as an educational virtual series. This symposium will be an annual feature amongst multiple educational programs organised by OncoNXT – a collaborative educational initiative for oncology and haematology. The primary goal of this meeting is to guide practising oncologist on integrating the best and most current evidence into their day-to-day routine care for patients with GI cancers. This symposium series will also bring a practical perspective on how to optimize multidisciplinary care for some of the more complex clinical management decisions. Presenters from across India will be invited, and International Speakers will discuss how biomarker testing, age, and other patients and disease-related factors can influence appropriate diagnostic and treatment approaches.Presentations, debates, a case-based grand round will be organized around specific disease states, including oesophagal and gastric cancers; pancreatic and hepatobiliary cancers; and colorectal and anal cancers. However, the symposium will also include presentations that highlight disease agnostic approaches that are relevant across individual gastrointestinal disciplines, such as evidence-based recommendations on the use of biomarkers.Click on the link to register for this symposium https://www.onconxt.com/igics/registrationRegistered participants are encouraged to send us questions & problem statements that can be discussed during this symposium.Your active participation will make our eorts meaningful and conclusive.
