Open homes and private appointmentsWe are one of the few agencies that encourage an open home for rental properties to ensure competition for your property which translates to a higher return in a shorter amount of time.
Selecting your tenantsAll potential tenants must fill out and application form and provide 100 points of ID, supporting documents / receipts and any items that prove past tenancies or ownership of current place of residence. Once we feel a tenant is suitable we will present them to you, the owner for the final decision.

With as much due diligence we can do, we still recommend our owners take out public liability insurance, home and contents insurance and landlord insurance. These are all claimable at tax time and gives you peace of mind knowing that if a worst case scenario happened you have protection.
We do recommend you research a specialist insurer as all policies vary greatly and these companies, in our experience offer the best cover for investors.
Our service includes regular detailed inspections and reporting back to our clients which includes photographs and commentary on your investment.
