Hi,

Presently when I am doing GR for a material system generates a inspection lot per GR.But

when I am doing GR for same material several times per day system should generate

inspect lot once only.or if material belongs to same supplier also it should generate one lot

for that day .how to do with dynamic modification rule?

Is your requirement is to Inspect only one lot from one supplier oryou want to cumulate all

lots to one.

I think first one is possible through DMR:In task list assgin DMR & in Material assignment of

task list header assign vendor.

but if you want to cumulate all lots to one this is not possible.

There is one provision in QM view > inspection setup>inspection type.X : for each purchase

order item,batch & storage Location.

Hi sujit,

See client needs system should generate single lot if i will do more than one GRN with same

material.then what will be the settings in DMR?

there should options.

1. if same material per day-one lot

2.if same vendor material -one lot

Create a DMR with Reset period 1 day.

Second stage: 99 skip reset 1 day.

Now apply this DMR in task list Header.

Go to QA16 and set auto UD after Every 30 mins for 01 inspection type.

Also QCC0->Basic setting>plant level>Insp lot completion>Auto UD-->

maintain 30 mins here for skip & auto ud

this will create first lot every day & will come to inspection.

from second lot all lots will come to QI but stock posting will be done by system.

2.if same vendor material -one lot

in QP01>material Assignment>enter vendor material combination here.

rest of the things will remain same.

hi,

I did all settings as u told but still system is generating inspection lot for same vendor.system

should generate only one lot per day for same vendor & material for first GRN only.

Hi manoj

See lot will be created for that Vendor _ material combination.Say 10 times material came in

a day.

Now all 10 lots will be created.but except first rest of 9 will be in SKIP status.

these skip will be automatically removed by system after each 30mins.

I did all settings as u directed.Now when today I created new lot, in RR everything is in grey

(disable).not able to do RR .& material automatically comming to unrest area.

My requirement is for first lot I should do RR & UD .& rest of the lots for the day no RR &

UD directly it should go to unrest for same material & vendor

I created demo as u said now in Qa02 it is showing lot not inspected skip lot.is there any

relevance of sampling scheme? I not created it .now where is the problem?

No this is not because of Smapling scheme.

100% problem is in QDR1(DMR)...please check it again.

your first lot must come under inspection every day.

Dear Manoj

In DMR (QDR2) maintain reset period level as 1. What this will do is soon after 1 day system

will bring it to the initial stage.

When an inspection lot is created, the system checks if the reset date for the quality level

has been reached or exceeded at each sample calculation. In such a case, it resets the

qualiy level to the initial stage of the dynamic modification rule and uses this initial stage for

the current inspection lot.

if you skip both the stage then you will not be able to do the result recording even once

Make sure that you create a sampling scheme with inspection severity 004

that is a reason system is not allowing you to do RR.(check char status must be:SKIP)

also go to QA02-->isample->In blue color you will get message of "Lot is not inspected (skip

lot) "

That means you have already created one lot which was not skip(initail lot) or you have

made initial/start to skip stage in QDR1.

Please attach it to differnt material in testing server & check.

I have tried cycle it's working fine.

You can try with QA01-manual lot creation.
