Our grapes come from select sites that exemplify Paso Robles as a world-class region for Cabernet Sauvignon. The resulting wine is sophisticated, elegant and powerful—much like the land and the women from which they come.

GIVING BACK A portion from every bottle sold is donated to Dream Big Darling, which provides educational opportunities and mentorship programs for the next generation of female leaders in the wine and spirits industry. TASTING NOTESThe 2016 One Stone Cabernet Sauvignon opens with classic varietal aromas, including cherry, currant, black olive and graphite. A juicy, chewy palate coats the mouth with flavors of plum, black cherry, sage and caramel. Fine tannins bring structure to an otherwise soft, approachable finish.

VINTAGE OVERVIEWThe 2016 vintage had near perfect conditions in the Paso Robles region. Steady weather and small yields produced fruit with excellent eveness and concentration.

PASO ROBLES REGION Our grapes are sourced from various sites in the Paso Robles AVA. The region is centrally located between San Francisco and Los Angeles along California’s Central Coast. A hallmark of the region is its diurnal temperature swings, distinct microclimates, diverse soils and a long growing season.
