SIZE AND SCOPE Bristol Community College has an undergradu- ate population of 11,987 (unduplicated head- count of credit students for 2012-13) and 18,667 in noncredit enrollments. STUDENT COSTS Annual in-state tuition and fees: $4,286 Annual out-of-state tuition and fees: $9,602 Per credit charge of $171 plus additional program-specific charges as applicable. BUDGET Bristol Community College’s operating budget for Fiscal Year 2013 is $61 million, including state support of $14.3 million and $29.5 million in federal, state, and private grants. In FY13, more than $23.9 million in federal, state, and local financial aid was disbursed to 6,450 students. In Fall 2013, 45% of students are receiving Pell Grants and 22% of students are receiving loans. The Bristol Community College Foundation awarded $126,258 in scholarships and awards to 301 recipients. The Foundation issued 82 loans totaling $16,660 to assist students.
